I went there to make a passport for my son. Before going there, I called and confirmed their closing time for acceptance. Someone who answered the phone, he said they close 4PM for passport, but should be there by 3:30 PM. I got there at 3:25PM, but the lady said she closes 3:30PM, so she turned me down. I asked to see supervisor. The supervisor, her name is Maria came out, she even didnt face me and said they close at 3:30PM with pointing sign which was posted on the wall. It printed on a paper in transparent paper. I told her that a male person who answered my call told me that they can do it if I walk in by 3:30. She said no male person answer the phone, only she and "Joe (male person)" answer, then she pointed Joe and said " You didnt tell 3:30". Joe nodded. I was last one who came to apply for a passport though. On "US Post office Passport" site, they put "acceptance hours" 9AM-4PM on Mon-Fri. That is official hour, how come they change the time on their convenience. They have to take care their customer first. Their attitude was so rude too. She didnt see my eyes, even didnt talk to me personally, she just announced to everybody in the office. No apology at all. Me and my husband took time off early from works to be there in time, but their attitude was "I dont care".

Terrible experience. The post office was supposed to deliver my package the next day and said they stopped by when I know they didnt. I was home the entire day near the door and even had a sign on the door saying to please ring the doorbell and drop the package off. Low and behold, no package. I track my package and it says that they will drop it off the next day. Again, no one came to drop it off and again, I was near the door the whole day. I paid for next day delivery on purpose, to get the package the next day as the package is perishable but its been 2 days and still nothing.

Taking a passport was a hassle, We called twice to confirm that they take passport photos and was verified. But when we visited them, taking time off from work, they said they do not and we have to bring a photo. Hope they will get their act together.

I found this place better than the one on Beach blvd. Nice service. Close to my school. Minus a star because they have no drive-thru mail drop off.
