They never answer their phones. It rings until the line goes dead. The one time I was able to get a hold of someone, they flat out lied to me that my package was untraceable. I told them my tracking info was last updated at that facility, so they told me that I should assume the package was returned to sender. I contacted the sender and they told me they didnt receive a returned package four days after the original shipment date. Looks like theyre using "Your item was undeliverable as addressed" as an excuse to steal packages or play catch with someones stuff.

I was looking over the reviews and can not help thinking how unfair they are. This is an incredibly busy post office. There is always a line and the workers are overwhelmed. I think they do a great job with what they have. Maybe the higher ups need to add more staffing but dont take it out on the workers dealing with a constant line of grumpy people. Try putting yourself in their place. I do all postage my at home and all I have to do is drop it off. None of my packages has ever been lost or late. Thank you Orangehurst Station staff!!!

Are post office is a joke, the carrier crammed a box into the letter box rather than the large box for large packages. I tried calling and not once in an hour did anyone pick up and speak to me. I then drove down to the office and explained to a carrier and she said some one will be out tomorrow. I see why this company is losing money, Poor service and lazy ass workers.

Only 1 out of 10 packages was updated with tracking up to date information. They are omitting a lot of tracking data updates. As soon as they received the package with tracking then they shall update with infos such as "Accepted....Buena Park". I just dont know why they are so slow and sometimes over charge my packages...Hated this place!

I agree. This is an extremely busy location. They do their best to help each customer and are friendly too. If people are frustrated with the long lines they can always go to 202 E Commonwealth location. That office barely has enough business to stay open. No lines at all. In & Out within minutes.

This is a very busy location. Ive been coming here for more than 8 years. As busy as they are - they still have great customer service, professionalism and with a smile. They all deserve a raise! I do appreciate the courteous employees.

This post office has lost my medium size package with tracking. Now I must refund the buyer $27.00 and not receive the package back. Several other packages with tracking have showed no progress until perhaps the day they were delivered.

This is by far one of the worst retail Post Office. Unfriendly staffs over the counter and absolutely ineffective. This is a prime example why the Post Office is losing so much money!

Classic old Post Office building with friendly service ...and fast too!
