I dont like anything about this post office location. Mainly because the mail persons delivering the mail consistently give us our neighbors mail which makes no sense because 2733 and 2741 although next door to one another, look nothing alike as far as numerical or physical appearance. Not only that but the house numbers are on the curbs AND on the edge of the roof or on the exterior of the house in some shape, form or fashion. Furthermore, they deliver in broad daylight so it cant be that they cant see the house numbers - I think this is just plain laziness and ineptitude. Next dont even try to call the post office to get answers. Ive been waiting for two EXTREMELY important pieces of mail for over a month now and have not received them yet and everytime I dial the mail center, Im greeted with the busy signal that we all know is like nails on a chalkboard when were in a situation of trying to get business handled. Ive called the places issuing the items Im waiting for and unfortunately they wont allow me to have the items re-routed to another address like a P.O. Box, which sucks. I wish I had known about these mail delivery problems before moving into Rowland Heights ... Definitely wouldve thought twice - For Petes sake its MAIL DELIVERY!!! - How hard is it to deliver timely to the proper address? Anyway - ranting tangent is over - To the mail delivery person or people responsible for the mix ups with my and everyone elses mail - Youre NUMBER ONE!!! to me and it aint the index finger Im puttin up!

This is the worst service ever! They should have NO STARS! We had to make a new mail box because the kids from the high school kept taking it apart so we made a new one and its 2 1/2 feet from where the original one was. Our mail carrier LADY refuses to get out of her truck to put it in the mail box!!!! Because it wasnt there originally so I have to go to the post office to pick up my mail. All the other mail men deliver our mail and I am so thankful for them. Why cant she just do her job its not hard! She even started not even stopping she drives by. If you can catch her she will hand you the mail but cant get her butt out of her truck to put it in the box! When we had the original box, if there was a car she would get out to deliver our mail why cant she do that now!!! I now am missing my insurance cards that were sent out February 9th. This is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! And the post master should be so embarrassed!!!! I will not stand for this and will keep fighting till she does her job!! Called the post office who said she has some disability that she cant get out of the truck but she has issues with other people as well. She chooses whos mail she want to deliver. So has now started seeing my mail back to sender and not holding it at all. So now I have to but a PO Box to get my mail. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

If I could give them negative stars I would. Let me just say between our mail carrier,Sammy and the supervisor Otto they have lied and made up false "reports" and created the biggest issue out of nothing. Not only have they lied to me and my husbands face they claimed that my husband agreed to something he never even said. If you have any issue with this office go straight to the inspector general and file a complaint before they can make false official reports without you knowing. They are threatening me with having to get a p.o. box for something that isnt an issue. Believe me the thought of going down to that horrible, depressing office is giving me anxiety! Absolutely horrible service on all ends with this office. Im seriously considering moving simply on the fact that my rights do not exist to these workers.

These people are a complete joke. They have the most pathetic excuse for customer service. It will take you about an hour of dialing and redialng to even get through. Why? Because once they answer they put you on hold until you can take no more and hang up. I sat on the phone waiting for a supervisor for over an hour. To find out where my package they lost might be. I still havent been helped. Dont even bother calling they will not help you! Just go to the location or you will be beyond frustrated, with a 2 hour phone call like me, that gets you no help whatsoever!!! I called back again and when I finally got through they didnt even say hello. The phone rang and I was automatically put on hold. How incredibly rude!!!

This is thee worst post office. Unfortunately they handle all mail for la puente and rowland heights. When you track your package its almost always incorrect. It will say "out for delivery" but you wont actually get it till 2 days later. Even worst sometime it will say "DELIVERED" and you wont even have it. You are probably wonder how or why this happens. Simple lazy workers both at the sort facility and outbound delivery. They will scan your package as out for delivery or DELIVERED just to save time on there part so in there systems it shows they work fast. Pathetic..... Many people not just me have complained but nothing is being done. What can we do? Its the governments mail service. They dont care.

This place is beyond ridiculous. This is the second time a package is said to be out for delivery but never makes it to me. Then Ill call and be told "oh, itll arrive tomorrow" and twice Ive waited for tomorrow, and the day after, and so on, and it wont arrive! This is upsetting since I pay for my shipping to ensure delivery yet even then I dont receive my items when Im supposed to! Also, Im constantly being mailed other peoples correspondence and mine will be mailed incorrectly as well. I thought postal workers were given adequate training in order to do their jobs properly. Seems that is not the case however..

I give this office a 0 star. The phone is always busy. I think they do it on purpose. The only time it rings through is after hours. They lost a 2 day priority mail containing a government document. They say it was delivered, so I guess someone else received it, but I did not. This is not the first time I have had poor service from a carrier working out of this office. Now I must stand in their extremely long line to file a complaint. And they wonder why the are used less and less for delivery???

the lady that deliver at our neighbors is lovely. I always got my stuffs, but something the post office is delay for 1 day but that is okay :) UPDATE: I ordered multiple times and my stuff got delayed for about 2 weeks and still not here, one of them said "on delivery" amd no secure place to leave the package? they said they have left a notice but there is no notice given to me, and i need it to reschedule my delivery date!

Worst mail service EVER! My drivers license was never delivered to me! Called DMV they said they had already shipped. I had to pay twice to replace! Waited over a month and nothing. Are you serious!? I mean shouldnt this be some kind of offense!? We are ALWAYS, daily, receiving other peoples mail, Im sure others have received ours! Like come onnnnnnn!!! Get it together!
