On more than one occasion Ive had the manager be rude to me. We waited 2+ hours to apply for our passports, paid for expedited service, handed over our birth certificates, which the guy at the counter checked. A week later my husband and I both got emails from the passport agency stating that our birth certificates were not acceptable because our parents names were not on them (apparently a requirement as of 2011, although the US passport website doesnt state this when telling you you need a birth certificate to get your passport), so we would have to order and pay more for new birth certificates and submit them before they could process our applications - all of this within 90 days. The guy at the post office should have known that our birth certificates would not be accepted but instead we spent $220 each, including $60 each for expedited service. Not only was there no chance of expediting them but we may not even get our new birth certificates in time to get our passports at all, which could be a loss of $440, all because they didnt check our papers. The people at this post office either dont know very well what theyre doing or they dont care, or maybe both. I definitely wouldnt go here for their services again.

First time to go to this location and I had a bad experience with the Asian clerk. Rude to customers, by the way I am asian too I thought shell be nice; I placed my 2 packages on her counter which are not even heavy. Then she said something I didnt understand because of her accent, I asked twice like I said I couldnt understand her . She said "put it on the scale" like rude!. I had been to other post office here in West Covina even in San Dimas, and they never asked me to put it on the scale I thought theyre the ones who should put that. And since that my packages are pre-paid all I needed is a receipt. Anyway, Ieft this post office kinda mad, I dont want to make a big deal about this but that clerk has a bad customer service.

I went in for passport but forgot birth certificate for daughter. My bad, went home and got it. They saw my daughter, my wife and I in office when I came back, my daughter was asleep in the car, literally 15-20 feet away. I asked the clerk if he could simple walk out and see my daughter since its one of their requirements( they already had seen her 15 minutes prior). The manager Terry Hardy responses "no!, my job is not to walk to your car." I pleaded for about 5 minutes to no avail. I let them know that my daughter was sick and now sleeping. She wouldnt budge. I went ahead to wake up my daughter. As soon as I walked in, the manager, terry, delivered a package about 50 ft away from the country outside in the parking lot.

AWFUL service. The building manager was so incredibly rude and horrible to even talk to. I got multiple packages sent to my apartment complex which apparently they do not deliver packages to anymore because of animal interference. I was left waiting for the packages to arrive for almost over a week after they were supposed to be to be delivered, only to call and talk to the rudest manager I have ever talked to. Online tracking said that it would be redelivered the next day (which it was not). Avoid this post office at all cost. If you are having a package delivered, its worth paying the extra money to get it sent through UPS or FedEx.

this postal service takes FOREVER and the people there are so rude. unfortunately, this is the closest USPS to me and I drive further out just to avoid the horrible experience at this location. everyone waiting in the long line was patient and friendly to the employees who had attitude and looked like they were miserable being there.

Rude service. I was denied postage because I needed to pay with a company check. Mind you I work for a big company and we have been paying for postage this way for years. Clearly, she didnt know how to do her job. I just drove to another post office and they gave me absolutely no problem. Never coming back again.

They do not answer the phone! I wish I can opt out of ever having my packages here people here should be fired and the management should take control. After all these negative reviews they still dont Answer the phone you didnt earn 1 star you earned NO STARS in my book.

Poor service! Called in the morning tought they would be in a good mood to help me. Asked to hold my mail because were not home and this guy said sorry its out for delivery and i cant do anything about it. Turned out my package has been returned to shipper.

I tracked my package to this office. It says they attempted delivery but I didnt receive any notice from them personally. Ive tried to call them but they wont answer.. of I go tomorrow and returned to sender Im going to be so mad...

Small parking; often crowded inside. One thing that needs immediate improvement are international customs forms. All necessary forms should be at the tables so that we may fill them out before we get to the counter.
