Every time I have an item go into this place, it almost never comes out. I call and I get someone who barely speaks english tell me all the managers are at lunch at the same time or they just "cant find anything there" and I tell them theyve lost so many of my packages and she goes "Okay? So?" Then when I say I know they dont care she hangs up on me. This is how USPS in California acts, and this is extremely irritating! How on earth can they keep their jobs and be allowed to treat people this way? I tell them to find my package and they wont even accept a tracking number. OH! And she informed me that the managers will never take any calls there. How delightful. So if you get a package on the 3rd, and as of the 11th it never leaves, how can you sit there and be totally okay with it?

As a customer, it has been my experience that for some reason packages always arrive late when they have to ship products from this Post Office . I order a lot of stuff through eBay and sometimes I have to order from City of Industry area Although the Post office says that it will arrive in X days, I usually add 10 days to the estimation. I have a package now that has been sent to me by Priority Mail that should have arrived 5 days ago. The seller shipped it out the day I bought it. Although I must say that when I called this Post Office, I found the people to be very helpful and friendly. I wish them success in increasing efficiency.

Ordered a package and was supposed to get to El Monte yesterday. Instead of sending it to my city they sent it to Goleta CA about 120 miles up north of El Monte now i wont get my package till about tuesday. No thanks to this piece of junk place. First i went to pick up the package at this place and they told me they couldnt give it to me. And there was this rude little black lady who told me i had to wait until i received it in the mail. At latest tomorrow she said. Its been shipped off up towards Santa Barbara instead!

I went to apply for a passport for my son the lady processing the applications was very racist talking about how if she sees Hispanic ppl applying for their kids she refers them to a paralegal because she knows 100% of the time they dont have the proper documents to get a passport because they are here illegally. She even had the nerve to ask if my mom needed assistance with that because were Mexican. Very rude never coming back to this location. Mind u the lady helping looked Mexican her self. Shame on u lady.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, CANT GET PACKAGES OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER, PACKAGES SIT FOR DAYS AND DAYS AND NEVER GET TO CUSTOMERS IN THERE ADVERTISED TIME FRAME. FIRST CLASS MAIL CAN TAKE 1- 2 WEEKS TO REACH CUSTOMERS! CAN SOMEONE SPEAK UP AS TO WHY USPS ADVERTISES 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS? WHEN IN FACT HOLD PACKAGES AT THERE MAIN BRANCH IN THE CITY OF INDUSTRY FOR DAYS AND DAYS BEFORE IT EVEN GETS SCANNED IN AS ARRIVED. BUSINESS END OF SPENDING 1000S JUST TO RESHIP PRODUCTS. WHO PAYS FOR THIS? NOT USPS FOR SURE!

This is the worst USPS Facility I have ever dealt with. Should be taken off the face of the Earth. I paid for good shipping and now I basically lost my money on it because these dumbasses are too lazy to do their job and shIp packages on time. I feel they should have to ship every late package for free and give a full refund. Way to basically waste my money I spent. This seems to be an issue and should be brought up publically, this should not be allowed to persist. Absolutely disgraced.

Was trying to submit an application for US Passport and it turned out that they have a "LIMIT" on application. 11 applications in the morning and 5 in the afternoon. My trip to the post office and gathering all the necessary documents was a waste of time! They werent even considerate! Rude! FrOk all the reviews Ive read, this location (main hub) has a problem. They need to reorganize people and do thorough personality check on employees since they are dealing with customer service!

I made an online purchase which was coming from San Francisco area to San Gabriel Valley. The package was accepted at the City of Industry USPS facility on Sat 9/10/16 and was to be delivered to me today 9/12/16 at a neighboring city, and was to be delivered to my residence. A City Of Industry USPS employee mails it out to Michigan! Are you serious!!! Unacceptable. They need to be supervised if these postal employees cant do a simple task or better yet reprimanded! DO YOUR JOB!

Twice within a month they have lost product enroute to me. Seems that if it stays here more than 24hrs here dont expect to get the item(s). Wait until the expected delivery date and if the item has not been scanned at a USPS location after this one contact the seller or file a.missing package report online. Our federal tax dollars are going towards paying sellers for lost packages because of lackluster USPS package handling. I understand things happen but not this frequently.

so my package was stuck here for over a week now, i called the 1800USPS number to file a claim. i finally got a call back to only be told that this location wouldnt answer their phones for whatever reason and because of that, they couldnt locate my package. so i decided to call bomb this location until they would answer, only for them to tell me "nothing we can do". what a crappy bunch of people. obviously this is happening very frequently, yet they are still operating.

This facility needs to be investigated. Workers are taking customers packages. Packages are being lost. Cannot be found. This is the 2nd time this has happened where this post office was involved. They are taking packages. Tracking shows in transit and the is last know update. Facility needs to be under investigation. I have contacted the USP office of Inspector General. BBB and local news also contacted regarding the employees at this Post office.

This past week alone they lost 2 of the 3 packages that were being mailed to me through there..... One was a priority mail 2day which took 9 days to finally arrive at my doorstep and the other priority mail 2day package has been exactly a week and NOW I finally see it arrived at my post office! And none of the packages get scanned out of there to let you know when it has finally departed from that abyss. HOW ARE YOU GUYS STILL EMPLOYED?!?!?

I buy items from ebay all the time. Everytime it shows "Departed from City of Industry" I already know it is gonna end up everywhere around the country except my house. It happens most of the time. Since i can not dictate how my package is being delivered, i have to wait 1-2 extra weeks than estimated date. Someone at this place needs to get fired for not doing their job right several times, not just once.

Its horrible service. They do not speak English they wont look at the tracking numbers. They are rude. Wont help. Ive called twice. My package wasnt delivered today because its still sitting at the City of Industry CA since the 26th and hasnt left the facility out there. Reviews are terrible for that area and needs to be something done about it. They argue with me on phone. Im frustrated.
