Most of their employees need some training on customer service. Even the supervisor does not know how to treat their patrons. I visited this location about 2 weeks ago. I needed to find out what had happened to a package that it was supposed to be delivered to my home over 10 days. The clerk was rude from the moment she called me over to her window. (whose name I dont remember -but she is the Hispanic looking one.) I explained the situation and all she said with a expressionless face was "right down your address". I asked for a pen and she just pointed where the pen was hidden for me to grab it. So I did, and when I was done she took the paper and walked away. She didnt even bother to let me know what was going on! I was perplexed! She came back and said "the package is not here. I dont know what you want me to do but we dont have it here". Now I was furious! It wasnt what she said but how she said it!! She finally offered to call the supervisor to further assist me. The supervisor came with a look on her face as if she didnt want to be there and it appeared that helping me was the last thing she wanted to do. I explained myself (again) and I was asked for my address (again). Then, she asked for the tracking number. She took my info and left. So once again I was left there wondering what the heck was going on?!?! She finally came back with answers!!! I was so glad I was able to track my mail. However, it seems as if everyone there hates their job and hence the reason why they know nothing about customer service. They probably know that if they smile once in a while, it wont hurt and probably their customers would appreciate it. It appears as if the last thing they care about is to provide good customer service to us. However, we are the reason why they are around!!

I watched a very rude woman being outrageous with the postal worker today. The postal worker maintained a calm professional demeanor all the while the customer yelled rude, loud and unprofessional comments in a way to loud voice. While she was yelling at the postal worker, other customers were lining up. Of course it took to long but NOT because of the postal worker. He tried to get her to move aside but she wouldnt The wait was caused by the woman who would not listen or accept any reasonable responses to her issue. Her complaint? A small package was delivered to her mailbox and she didnt get it. She lived in an apartment where anyone could have picked up the package. She thought the post office should be responsible for her package. She did not pay for tracking or insurance but felt it was still the postal services responsibility to not allow the package to get lost or stolen. She would also not step aside so others could be waited on. Working with the public is not easy. I admired the postal worker for trying to get the situation under control without losing his professional demeanor. I have always had excellent customer service and assistance when I requested help from this post office.

This is the worst post office there is, if you have a business use DHL, UPS or use any other carrier but do not us the united stated post office. The personal in this office lack training and customer services skill they don’t have a clue of what they are doing. They will lie in your face they will make you wait for a package. They will tell you that your package will be deliver to your door tomorrow and when the mail man comes nothing. I been waiting for a package for over 3 weeks, I been to this office 3 times and they all keep giving me the run around. Each day that goes by and I don’t have my package I am losing money. I am trying to run a business but their lack of professionalism put me and my company in a bad situation. I ship and receive packages quite often for sure the USPS as lost a Client. This office, services and personal are deficient and unreliable. Therefore my will not use them from this point on my clients do not need to pay for their mistakes. I really don’t know why management has not taken action I am sure that I am not the only one that have had problems at this office.

Sent a package to a friend in Anaheim, CA and was given an item number for the parcel. When the parcel failed to arrive on the specified date given to me by my post office I called the location closest to the delivery site. I spoke with a Chris and gave him the delivery address and he indicated that their facility had the parcel. On the "Track and Confirm" site the parcel was said to be out for delivery on 26 June 2013. I called on 27 June 2013 and the parcel was "out for delivery" this date. It had been given to the "old" carrier for that area and now it was in the hands of a "new" route / delivery person. Something isnt right. Id say this facility has issues with packages / route carriers and more.

Arranged an appointment for a passport for 2:00 pm. Went there by 2:00 pm only to find out that the passport clerk was out sick thus the schedule was all messed up. The window clerks tell us to wait 30 minutes. 2:30 rolls by and still we had to wait an extra 20 minutes just to get the passport done. While doing the passport, the person on the phone told us clear instructions about the cost of the passport and the arranged time. But when I was there, the cost was more than what the phone clerk told us. All in all, I had to wait almost one hour just to do a ten minute process. Overall, this post office thinks you have ALL the time in the world and cannot give a clear answer on its prices.

They are ruining my business. I paid a lot of money for door to door mailing service. Never delivered to my office. I ordered some stuffs those are important for my business. and I am waiting the package from 9:30 am in my office opening the door. now is 11:58 am and they just marked business closed on 11:32am. God damn, I have been sitting on chair and waiting for delivery. Even no red notification paper left. Damn it!! it was super important package. I really hate them. Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get absolutely no where with these people then you talk to supervisors they automatically get defensive with you right from the start then spoke to the secretary of the post master named Debbie completely a waste of labor needs to be fired! She is useless and incompetent of doing her job! Waste of money! You can never speak to her manager the post master but you got to deal with this woman that screams at you on the phone as if your a kid! Never any answers for anything but yet full of excuses very sad!

Called to ask about making an appointment for a passport and he said we dont do same day appointments to which I responded Okay, so when is your next available appointment and he quickly hung up the phone. This place is horrible everytime I have been inside they have the worst customer service and now to be hung up on? Im done Id rather drive further from home to get decent service. You need an entirely new staff.
