So, the 1 stars is for the initial experience I had when walking up to one of the clerks to help me. Vietnamese lady was very snark. I didnt get her name but you couldnt miss her, with all that plastic surgery. I dont go to the post office much, and was sending out a couple of packages. I didnt have the labels on them because my mistake, I thought they would input it for you. So I bring the packages up to her and she stares at me, and then with a snarky attitude shes says "youre not ready?" I say "oh, I thought you guys input the information?" She looks at and me in disbelief and ridicule, as if had done something so unexceptable and says "hah, what do you mean? We dont do that, hah?" She kept staring at me like I was beneath her. I was so over it, I just took my stuff and grabbed labels and got in line again. She didnt assist me with anything, just gave me a bunch of weird looks. The second time around I got Judy, the chinese lady...and thank God for that! She was so sweet, so helpful, so kind. She helped me out with everything in a polite manner. I couldnt send of one of the packages because used an old wine box and she helped me find one of the free boxes that would fit. Again, Im kind of a newbie, but Judy treated me with respect and dignity. Id give Judy 10 stars if I could. I hope they get rid of the other lady though. Side note: Im vietnamese

PLEASE be careful when shipping important packages to and from here. I came in to pick up my package on the date that it was stated to be delivered and spoke to Rudy an employee there. He couldnt find the package. He asked for my phone number to call in case it popped up. Hours later he calls me to tell me that it has been found and I could pick it up at any time. I came back 3 days later (from being out of town) to pick it up and ONCE AGAIN he tells me that the package is not there. I ask him what I could do in this case because I paid a lot of money for the item and he stated "its simple and easy. just call the company you bought it from and tell them we lost it." Rudy was extremely rude, unhelpful and seemed like he knew nothing about the rules and regulations. At that point I had no other choice but to leave and file a claim to the company. An hour later, I get another call from the supervisor telling me that they found the package. Although the supervisor was very nice and apologetic and even offered to have the package sent here, it will not change how I feel about this usps location.

Awful. The woman Luanu as it was spelled on the paper they sent out to me was a complete you know what. Has not contacted myself or the original sender like she said. My package was never ever ever delivered to my house and unfortunately there was no insurance but the point is that they said they delivered it and I was home all day and the mailman who delivers packages never showed up. They have been more than rude with me as I deal with this issue for the past several weeks. I am going to write a formal complaint and have already called consumer complaints and several other people. Whoever is working there will not be working there soon because I do not stop. I dont want the money or the package anymore, I want those responsible fired including that one woman. Those people have given USPS a bad name and its sad because the was not the first package this has happened to in this location. Completely disappointed in their lack of service and intelligence.

This post office is ridiculous. I dont think these people at this location is serious about their jobs. I walked in and talked to one of their cashiers, and the words out of her mouth was "there is nothing we can do." So, ask to speak to her manager, and she tells me all the managers are busy. Are you serious?!? What kinda people are you hiring, USPS? To make matters worse, they stopped delivering my mail. So, all my mail is getting bounced back to the sender. The stupid thing is, they still deliver the advertisements. They must notice that I am emptying out the mailbox everyday, dont they? I filled out a permanent move form months ago. Why in the world are you guys rejecting my mail?!? Bottom line: Garden Grove post office is rude and incompetent. Now, I am considering paying for a mailbox somewhere because this post office cant do their job.

Spoke to these fools like 5 times in a span of 3 months for a Xmas gift and all these guys said was we delivered it funny how I dont have it. spoke to a Willy jarin all he could Do is read a screen well me to buddy its called tracking but the only thing is that I dont have the package Ur screen says it was delivered he told me he will call me back still waitin I called every time u guys are the worst no communication and then I ask for his boss and he give me the driver fernando and he tells me he delivered it in the mail box my box is 2" by 3 " how can twopairs of jeans fit in there idiots and why did I have to get it from fedex and not the mail man. Your customer service sucks and your crooks. Looks like the drivers girl got my gifts Im going to tell every never to use your lousy service you thieves.

I am very very disappointed and pissed off with the postal service period. Its a shame when you have employees who get paid all that money and cant do their job. I Live in Chicago shipped a package to garden Grove california to a company. My package was supposed to get too the company March 28,2016 been tracking it and paid all this high postage only for my package to show its out for delivery and then no update for a week. Only too look Today and see my package is being returned for so called wrong address which is the correct address. I thought Chicago postal system was screwed i see its everywhere. I want my package to go too the company its addressed too and for your employees to stop being lazy people spend their hard earned money .

I have started to call the USPS to run investigations ,If there is a negative rating, I surely will save my 1 star to this post office Im very upset right now , this is the second time within 2 months that they lost my package this place have the worst service ever!!! The guy in charge of the pick up packages is not very helpful. He rudely cut you off while youre talking and assume what your about to say. I came to the office to ask for the details of my lost package. The man said: " come back tomorrow. The supervisor will be here, then report to him",,,,,,,,,,,,,Ill be issuing a formal complaint and filing claims.. The worse experience ever the Supervisor not willing to help. Why even have him there no need for someone like that. ???

This place has the worst service. Whos managing this place? First off, they never deliver my parcel packages - even if they dont require signature. They automatically leave the Redeliver notices and dont even bother trying to leave it on my front porch or anything. I have to constantly hunt for my mail packages. Further, I just tried calling their office and it rang and rang and it finally went to a busy signal. So, I tried recalling repeatedly and now its on busy signal. Its like someone got tired of the phone ringing and they just unhooked it or something. Anyway, its sad to see that this place is employed with people that dont want to do their jobs.
