My fiance runs a small online business so we often mail stuff. Theres two Asian guys who are both respectful and one of them is even friendly, he works at the call box more than the front lines or guides people to the APC when there are long lines. There are three Asian (Chinese or Vietnamese) ladies who are usually pissy because they work at the PO, but sometimes can be nice. Theres a white dude I dont see often who is also nice, and last and least of all, the black guy cops serious attitude with everyone. Hes distrustful of everyone and everything, repeatedly questioning the contents of packages. (Theyre toys. Toys and batteries, nothing more FFS), and disrepectful to everyone. He acts as though he is oh so important and his time is so damn precious. Over the course of 1.5 years, my fiance and I have learned to avoid the counter at all costs, as the APC is efficient and often cheaper. I dont know how, but they jack us on priority packages that used to cost 4.80 up to be $8 - 9 sometimes for the exact same weight. (its a computer :D). By all means, we use the APC (usually at night) whenever possible, but sometimes we need to mail insured, internationally, or first class w/ delivery confirmation, so we do need to use the counter unfortunately... I cringe whenever i have to deal with that suspicious, disrespectful African American guy and only think he still works there because people dont complain. Its not as though hes wronged me to the point where I felt I needed to write a letter to his supervisors, but that guy defines a postal worker about to go postal.

Have a PO box here. Everyones been exceptionally helpful and friendly, they are well staffed so lines go quick and overall I really like this USPS location. Very good communication with the customer on all things. Post offices are very hit or miss, I use plenty that are miserable experiences - not sure if the other reviewers taking off many stars for minor complaints understand how good this location really is. USPS is a hard job, package transit isnt fine science and is messy wether its UPS, Fedex or USPS. I think people expect perfection above function when really they need to only expect function ...if the USPS delivers the mail with 99% dependability then it succeeds in its function. Anything above that is bonus. The FV USPS is dependable and friendly and quick....lotsa bonuses here

I constantly get my mail delivered to my neighbors. I am tired of walking around my street trying to find my mail. They also have a bad habit of marking something as delivered before they deliver it. I end up getting it the next day or even later. Its stressful when combined with their habit of delivering my stuff all over the neighborhood

Theres a guy name Bert from middle East really mean in there, he starred at me dare to question as he is US Custom and border, may be he see us Asian ,he denied & told me the money order ran out, what a weird thing, he suppose I never live in the US for 12 years, manager of this location should check your employee attitude please !!

Long line but didnt wait long. Girl knew exactly what to do with my international shipment while other offices always have to figure it out. 4 stars instead of 5 because USPSs are not set up well to get you to the correct forms before having to wait on line or to interrupt someone that is currently being helped to get information.

Two short culdesacs in our tract have been added to the tail end of another areas delivery. Instead of getting the mail in the AM with the rest of our neighborhood we do not get mail untill very late in the PM. I could understand if the whole tract was later but to have just these two streets off the normal delivery seems odd.

Love this post office. Parking is a little tight but they are fast, friendly and helpful! This is my go to po and I do a decent amount of shipping. Very clean and have always helped me with whatever I needed to do in a friendly and professional manor. Dont listen to old reviews, this po is great!

Open on Saturdays. The parking layout feels a bit squished and awkward but that seems to be common amongst post offices. There almost always seems to be a descent amount of customers and only one or two workers. Personally, id like to see more staff ready to address the line.

The customer parking here is ALMOST "The Worst". Lay on the horn when backing up out this tiny lot. Drive defensively when entering and exiciting this parking space. The other PO with even worse parking is The Santa Ana PDC on Sunflower. It gets 1 star.

Parking and getting inside this post office is difficult sometimes with all the traffic from the street. At least theres a lane for dropping off mail. I believe you can make your passports from this location. Post Office does not open late.

Typically workers are in a bad mood. Service speed is about average, maybe a bit above average. But youll most likely get a serving of attitude with whatever you order at the counter.
