This post office is the most unfriendly, inefficient post office for Passport Services. Norma should really be ashamed of herself and her treatment of customers. She doesnt deserve to work here or any place for that matter. Norma you are not entitled to your job, it is a privilege. You should remember your customers first instead of your unhelpful and deliberate actions to delay and stall in assisting customers. Its postal workers like you that give the US Postal Service a bad name. Shame on you!

This USPS is located in a convenient location and has lots of parking. Dropping of packages was quick and easy. There were a lot of people there but it seems like people got in and out quick. Theres also a separate driveway to just drop off letters in the mailboxes. Its separate from the parking lot and closer to the road.

Had to wait for so long and they would not scan my items since there were too many of them. Have had problems with them losing my packages and i just wanted a receipt proof. Lady that helped me was very bitchy and acted like it wasnt her job to scan the damn packages. It would have taken her less than 5 minutes.

Made us wait a very long time for passport service and online it said it was open until two oclock and they said when we got there that they closed at one. Ineffiect communication and wasted a good amount of our time.

Have had a box here since office was on San Dimas ave. Have always been helpful. Not always the best of moods, but they are more patient with some rude customers than I would be.

no brain fools stuff and cram the mail into a tiny slot. items with "do not fold" expect it to be folded and crumpled

"The estimated wait time is from 11-14 minutes", 1 hour later the post office closes and my call is never answered.

I called at 25 minutes till 5 and was put on hold without anyone answering the phone and then they closed
