Very but very bad service the one that takes the mail to the apartments does NOT PUT THE THINGS BEING THE EXACT ADDRESS IN THE PACKAGE ... Should train their staff well. Muy pero muy mal servicio el que lleva el correo a los apartamentos no PONE BIEN LAS COSAS ESTANDO LA DIRECCIÓN EXACTA EN EL PAQUETE... deberian entrenar bien a su personal.

I was stuck w/them for 4 years straight due to I was renting in that area! Glad I finally moved out because I get lots of mail + packages and they are just dumb as it can get. I had multiple instances that packages got either lost / damage / opened by this branch - tracking for them proved it. Staff inside is pretty rude. Short hours, common ppl work - how can they expect us to show up before 5pm!?

phone number listed rings and then automatically disconnects calls. Also packages mailed from Amazon to my residence are noted as being left in postal locker and no key is being left in my mailbox. How am I suppose to get me mail???

Great service here! No problem at all. All it takes is to smile and greet "how are you today," to the workers there and youre on your way to a great service. Theyre people too and need our interaction as well.

Packages are sent, but when it comes to customer service this place tops as the worst. Impatience and rudeness can be experienced when it comes to closing hour and when theres much to send.

Pretty much your standard post office but the staff seem a bit nicer than expected. Only real bad thing is access to po boxes is limited to regular business hours.

They delivered my package to the wrong address. No the address was correct on the label and still managed to deliver it somewhere else and It was never retrieved.

No problems with this location, I get all my packages and mail.... the people there are pretty friendly and they are knowledgeable. No complaints
