Terrible experience for the last 6 months. Its hit or miss with customer service, but today was the last time for me. Id rather drive a little farther so that I dont have to deal with stress. When I first moved into the area, I dropped off packages just fine and then I had an issue with an international package because I was told that the regulations had changed. Fine, done. I gave up on mailing to that international country. BUT wait...Ive been doing this for 5 years, did something really change? I researched. No, nothing has changed! So, I sent another package to that country and guess what? IT WENT THROUGH!!! Today was another issue. Apparently, my zip code or the zip code I had been using differs from theirs. They are literally 5 minutes down the street. I had no idea that if I brought a package with another zip code, that they wouldnt get paid for all the hardwork they do. First, the lady over the counter talked to me like an idiot and a child and then proceeded to say: "Look! I have a long line forming and I have to do your packages and Im not getting paid for this." Out.Loud. Yes. Nope. Done. I will never come here ever again. Be a little nicer and take the time to educate.

Snake Pudding

Mail, containing payment, was deposited inside the building after hours and failed to be delivered to a near-by address. We previously had a similar issue with this Placentia Post Office. The inside post office lower deposit shoot door is able to open so as to see/have access to the pile of deposited mail. I phoned the office postmaster to explain the problem of the lost mail and the poor configuration of the mail deposit shoot; this conversation was painful and difficult/impossible to get the PM to understand most of the issues. Seems this postmaster is lacking some needed skills. We plan to switch to secure internet payments to avoid post office issues. Sad to say good-bye USPS.

Called to track a package I accidentally put the wrong street address on and spoke with a guy named Keoni who was very rude. He first tried to tell me my tracking number was wrong, then proceeded to try and belittle me because this wasnt the only package that had the wrong address. I ordered 4 things at once and they came in separate packages, I can not control that. He asked for my address but not my name and hung up on me before I could ask if he needed my name. I of course called back to complain but Keoni says he is the supervisor. Very poor customer service on his end. If I could give zero stars I would. All I wanted was to make sure my package got to me.

Unfortunately, this is the closest post office to my home. Almost all of the attendants have english as a second language. One asian woman in particular is always having long friendly chats in another language with friends or relatives who come in with no consideration for how many people are in line waiting to be served. Then when she gets to you, the friendliness disappears. I have had to use this post office for 10 years and the service has gone from okay to poor in the last two.

I like my mail lady, but anyone else who fills in for her is horrible. One guy walks on my grass when there are two paths right next to him and hes constantly on his cell phone on speaker, I say hi and he totally ignores me... and it is 5:30pm and they have still not come to pick up or deliver my mail. And dont even get me started with the people who "work" inside the office, they are so so rude and unwilling to do their jobs and have no idea how to provide customer service.

Not only are they literally completely un-understandable to talk too, but when you look at your receipt after paying, you see chatges for things you didnt ask for. Like "signature required" and stuff. Not to mention they hire the WORLDS STUPIDEST PEOPLE TO DELIVER OUR MAIL. SOMETIMES I GET MY PACKAGES/MAIL (at almost 5 o clock everyday). Its awful. They dont do their job. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!!!

They return my mail because I wrote the address return in Color ? Why yall so salty! He comes to my office to yell at me Excuse? The mail man should thank us for having a job! If I didnt mail anything he wouldnt be there. If you dont like your job then find another one.

I hate this post office. Im sad that I have to pick up mail here. They are almost always rude and roll their eyes when you forget the pink slip. Even when Im mailing something out, its like Im torturing them by making them work. Atwood is so much nicer, even Yorba Linda
