The people that work here are extremely rude. And its no wonder little postal places are poppin up all over because who wants to deal with rude people working at a post office? I went in to deliver a package to my mother and yes I smoke, and I know I smell like cigarettes sometimes, but this lady stops talking to me mid sentence and says "yuck who smoked?" And then she completely starts trying to walk around and find out who smells like cigarettes instead of helping me. I said excuse me but I just smoked a cigarette can we finish our conversation please? She brushed me off and continued to walk around asking ugh who smoked thats disgusting. Ok I get it you may not like the smell but dont cut me off mid sentence and start blabbing on about it. This is why I HATE Union workers. They have no customer service! Ill be going to a smaller postal place instead from now on. She was rude throughout my entire experience let alone told me I had to use their machine and go get my card after I specifically told her I had cash. Then another lady helped me. The post office used to carry tape to give to people who needed it. Now you have to buy a whole roll. One lady was kind but the majority of them were completely rude!

Postal worker provided incorrect information that lead to the closing of the P.O. box used by a nonprofit organization. When the P.O. Box was reopened, the postal workers could not find a weeks worth of missing mail and it is still missing. Ive asked several time to have them look for it and get the same response "we keep p o box mail in one place and it isnt there". This is after on supervisor told me there was nothing there and nothing they could do about it. On further checking with the lady whose job is to distribute mail to the p o boxes came up with mail from the day before my visit but not the weeks worth that is missing. She stands resolved that there is no mail there for the p o box, yet I have proof that I am missing a weeks worth of mail and none of that mail has been returned to sender. I find the customer service lacking, they play the "broken record" routine and have no concern that the misplaced mail is sponsorship payments for orphans in Kenya Africa. The fall out of the lost mail will affect over 30 children and the people who sponsor them. P.O. response "we dont have it, there is nothing we can do", over and over again.

These people are the epitome of worthless government issue drones who do little more than function as warm (slightly) bodies to occupy seats to justify the continued funding of that particular branch. An oddly circular existence. They possess little ability to think beyond what their computer screens beam into their gelatinous, glazed-over brains and wonder why they seem to excel at losing peoples packages (particularly those purchased at great expense and with utter necessity). Apparently other peoples time and money is a completely insignificant and unfathomable concept to the sort of slothful individuals who work for this office. If anyone is actually reading this, you would do well to abstain from utilizing their services, because when they lose your package you will have better luck having a bloodhound sniff a photograph of the item in question, getting yourself a goddamned shovel and a flashlight and heading off in a randomly chosen direction than depending on the investigative abilities of the Glendora Post Office.

Ive lived in Glendora for 2 years now and these morons LITERALLY cant tell East from West. Its come down to me personally driving and delivering other peoples mail and packages that usps wrongly delivered to my house, even when the address is CLEARLY written. Or when I check the tracking number for my own package it will say "delivered" and when its not at my door I have to call and find out where they delivered it to and I have to drive to that unknown persons house and ask them for my package back because usps is incapable of delivering to the right address!! The city is in the process of going bankrupt so I guess we get for what our taxes pay for.. :/ *update: now usps sent my package back to china because they were confused about East versus West and didnt know what else to do! Its run by mentally incompetent people

I have to give one star, but they really deserve 0. I have been having issues with this office since moving to Glendora two years ago. The carrier responsible for my mail has neglected to deliver items, lets other tenants see my mail, and has thrown packages onto my porch from his car. (I have video of this). Most recently, they didnt deliver an Amazon package on Sunday, March 15, though they made sure to mark it delivered at 12:55 that day. I checked my security cameras and there were no trucks all day. I figured it would be delivered yesterday. No joy. They just drove past my house. The package was delivered today, but I have been trying to call the office since they opened and it has been busy all day. I called the main USPS number and got hung up on. WTF!

I came here for passport services and was surprised at how pleasant the experience was. Smooth, little wait, and the employee even helped us save a few bucks by recommending against expediting if not necessary, even though we thought it was. Sure enough, the passport came in the mail way earlier than expected, despite not choosing expedited processing. That was extra money out of my pocket that they didnt get, and I commend them for that. I havent personally used them for postal services yet, but from the few interactions with customers I witnessed, Id be comfortable having them handle my postal/packaging needs when the time comes.

Talk about not wanting to do your job! I called around 1:45pm to inquire about my package, the phone rang and someone picked up the phone but nobody responded back when I said "hello". It was silent for the next minute so I hung up and tried calling back only to get a busy line. It is now 2:25pm and the line is still busy after trying repeatedly for the last 40 minutes. I guess leaving the phone off the hook is one way to not deal with customers. Such a sad excuse for a business. Its scary to think that these incompetent people are handling our mail.

I can see why all the frustration. I have been trying to help my brother who is hospitalized with his P.O. box issues. We have sent people in person (they wont talk to them) and we have called many many times. The phone just rings and rings and then goes into a busy signal. Good luck ever trying to reach these people. I guess youll have to send them a letter and hope it doesnt get lost!

The person in charge of the PO boxes is never available !! .. I had to go in the office 3 times to finally get ONE key issued to me. Ive left my number several times requesting a phone callAlthough Ive never lost a package, I agree with Andrew in regards to the people that are employed at this office. Worthless

Every time I get the Asian lady with braces, it is the WORST and RUDEST service. She is neither helpful nor informative about anything. I dont even know why she even works there, being that I have to figure it all out myself. Might as well give me her job, since Im the one doing it for her anyway.
