City Girl

One of the employees was very rude. It was my first time at this post office, I didnt know where to stand and I didnt realize that theres a arrow on the ground so when I walked in I stood in the front because I thought thats where you wait but either way the office is very small I was seen walking in because the doors are in front of where you get helped from a employee. So I was standing there but the employee who was free was standing there eating fries and wouldnt call me until a employee from the back walked out and asked "do you need help?" I said yes and he said "he can help you" and he pointed at the guy eating Carls Jr who seen me standing there and the young man said "I was wondering why she was standing there I thought she was waiting for someone" then I walked up and said I didnt know I was suppose to stand there and he rudely asked what do you need then I got my package and it didnt have the address yet but I wanted a sticker where you write the address on but he made it seem like he was bothered that I didnt have everything ready to go like if his job isnt easy enough. So he said slide to the left a little so I can help the next costumer and he started to make rude comments to the other lady "so do you have everything ready?" "do you know what you want?" The lady went along with him it was so rude I just moved and waited for another employee to help this happened 4-8-15

This office is getting worse and worse. Yes the window workers are fine, but there are two glaring issues they have in general. 1. The office is never open on Saturday. Yes this is a "satellite" office, but the carriers still work out of this office so theres no real reason for the window to not be open for three or four hours at 9 am. Especially for those who need services and cant get there during the week 2. Post office box delivery. Mail has gone from delivery by 9 am, to 10 am, to 11 am to now 11:30 am! Soon it will be after noon. Inexcusable and unreasonable.

Covina USPS is the only location that will deliver packages Sundays and holidays, as Ive been told by my local office, Azusa USPS. In the last two weeks, Ive had packages that have been attempted to the wrong address. I live in Azusa. Not Covina. But for whatever reason, my packages get attempted to be delivered in Covina. Im not sure if the driver has zero common sense or what, but this has become frustrating. Ive brought it to the post offices attention and nothing has been escalated. Im noticing better luck with UPS.

Filing a report with the Post Master General regarding the moronic running of this post office! I do not even live in Covina, Ca. They charged two of my buyers to pick up packages that were correctly labeled with proper weight. What they did was assume the box i used under a poly mailer was Priority. Highly illegal of them to do that with mail and then wrongfully charge someone for it!

I like the self service option which is why I assume the website says theyre open 24 hrs. However, it would be nice if their phone # had an answering machine that gave you the actual hours that they provide live services or if these hours were included on this posting.

Small but very nice and helpful staff. If theres a line, it moves quickly. (Great air conditioning, too!) A nice WPA-era bas relief carving above one of the doors off the lobby.

Better than the San Bernardino rd post office, Yolanda is always friendly, and helpful the big guy is also helpful but there is one who can be rude thats why I give 4 stars

They lost 2 of my 3 packages but one got delivered idk how this happens when I just had to drop off my packages they already had pre paid packing slips. DO NOT COME HERE
