O STARS This happened In 2010 and is still causing me problems: Gave clerks forwarding address, they later blamed temp worker for not entering it correctly but I handed the card directly to the older women that are "fixtures" here and made request: "pls make sure this is entered correctly". They are long term employees (the two older women) and they are the ones that screwed it up because instead of working, they just gossip all day and they werent listening to me for that reason.. They are example of why USPO is going broke. They later tried to blame lost mail on me stating I did not enter info on forward address form correctly even though I used to work for USPO and know I entered info all correctly. I even showed them the card in detail stating very important to get this address in correctly as it is rural Alaska. (Wasnt that hard) My mail was all returned to sender, bank accounts closed etc just because of the incompetence of the two women who have been employed there forever, think they are "too big to touch" thus no complaint can hurt them and maybe they are right. Avoid this place. Rude, incompetent - old ladies should be fired (I am an old lady too and I can do much better - I expect same from them). USPO had to write apology letter for me to send to banks etc for screwing up my mail.

I truely HATE this post office! I normally Have a pleasant experience at retail USPS locations but this one is by far the most rude post office. The employees are extremely rude and will not try to help you. I got yelled at by an Asian Lady when I dropped off the package and when I spoke to a Caucasian lady 10 days after to make sure my package was in transit because no information was provided on the website as I purchased tracking with the package. The Caucasian lady yelled at me saying she cant do anything about it. Its a hit or miss when sending a package! I told her Im not understanding this because I shipped out 20 packages and this one is the only one that didnt have a tracking status as I also purchased it. The lady yelled again and said I have a line out the door so go call the 1 800 number and hung up on me. What the heck happen here and during all this I did not raise my voice as I know getting mad isnt going to solve anything. I will let my friend that is the DM of the Orange USPS known about his employees at this location.

I recently dealt with Kevin at this location and had a very unpleasant experience. I made an honest mistake- paying a Flat Rate fee but putting the item in a non-Flat Rate envelope- and faced with a choice to be helpful and understanding to rectify the problem or condescending and further the problem, he opted for the former. He asked questions like "Does this look like a Flat Rate envelope to you?" I dont know, Kevin, you are the employee here, perhaps you should inform me rather than embarrassing me in front of the others waiting in line. "You did these all wrong and youre going to owe us more money," thanks Kevin, thats as close as youve come to being helpful but rather than helping solve the problem, you just tell me I need more money (isnt USPS bankrupt, anyway?) and shoo me away. I know this branch is under review for closure and I encourage you to move forward with closing this branch and removing this blight from our community. Give Kevin and this branch their pink slips.

DONT TRUST THEM !!! DONT MAIL ANYTHING IMPORTANT!!!!! When I confronted the mail man he was quick to make up a fake alibi!!! They WILL STEAL YOUR MAIL THEN LIE ABOUT IT!!!! NEED TO GET A POLICE REPORT AGAINST THE MAIL MAN NOW! Lies SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY OFFICE AT MY APARTMENT THEN SAID SOMEONE SIGNED FOR IT!!! EVEN THOUGH MY PACKAGE REQUIRED A SIGNATURE FROM THE RECIPIENT ME!!!!!!!! CROOKED POSTAL SERVICE !!!!! BEWARE STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!! DONT TRUST THESE COWARDS !!!

If I could give this post office 0 stars, I DEFINITELY would. Kevin is a very rude employee. He simply walks off for 15 minutes when there is a long line waiting for assistance. Dont expect to receive quick or friendly service from him. He is very grumpy and very rude. I really think they need to reconsider his employment status. Unfortunately the post office closes by 5pm during the week, and I work from 8am to 5pm, so time is precious, and all he does is waste mine.

First of all they were closed for a break at 3:30, which I didnt mind so much, but when I asked the lady to borrow tape, cuz I did not want to spend $3.49, she snapped at me. When she realized I was offended, she offered give me a strip. A guy in line tried to help aleviate my being offended by handing me some. Should went to the one I like going to in Long Beach. This broad was rude to me. Never coming here again.

I cant believe Kevin hasnt been fired! I went into the office a couple of months ago with my service dog (wearing his vest AND ID) and Kevin yelled at me to get that dog out. When I informed him that my dog was a service dog he said "prove it". When I offered to show my dogs id, he said "Get out!" I of course reported him. I thought he had been fired...too bad hes still there.

Not sure if the guys name is Kevin but the long haired guy there is the biggest dick on the planet. He used to harrass the girls in our office who went there (almost everyday) and Ive seen him be rude to people who dont speak english well. He thinks hes funny but hes an a-hole. Never had a problem with anybody else there.

The employees here are very rude. I’ve never seen a group a people so disinterested in helping someone. I can understand that working for the Post Office can be a tough, underappreciated job, but that doesnt give the employees the right to be so mean to the public. Very depressing…

GOOD NEWS! that guy who is so condescending and rude no longer works at this post office! HOORAY! his last day was yesterday! i am seriously going to bake a cake and bring it in there to celebrate. the lady who works there is SUPER NICE and sweet and helpful.

The long haired guy needs to retire. He initially was rude to me until I actually spoke English to him. The guy loves to chat and take his time, even when there are 20 people waiting in line. Seems like his coworkers are more efficient

This place closes early on Friday which is not reflected on Google Maps. They also do not have a stamp machine where I can purchase a stamp without their help then leave my items in the Dropbox.

Ive always had friendly and helpful service here. Lines are shorter than the main office. Parking can be difficult when it is busy. There is a big drive up drop box for envelopes on Lemon St.

Please dont go there if you are in lunch break or you are in rush.. Ppl are very slow and they talking too much with customer but the work is really slow. They need young ppl there to work..
