Wish there was 0 stars option then I would have. This place is a joke. If you do not drop off packages by 4:30 they YELL at you. Are they serious? They freaking yell at you. Arent Post office close at 5? At 4:50 the gate is already closed. Im talking about the dock area. This one Asian dude at docking I call him gate keeper always, I mean always mad at something and throws stuff and yell at customers. And this girl whos all tatted up also yells at customers and cuss if dropping off after $4:30. We have multiple packages to drop off at this location daily but its just so damn stressful seeing these guys every single day.

On August 27, 2016, Saturday, when my son checked mail on Pommel Court, he found out that the back of the mail boxes had been broken into and all mails were gone. This is the older version of mail boxes. Will you please install a new mail box, like the one next to ours ??? May be the newer version is harder to pick the lock. Thank you.

Mail carrier lacking in basic skills like getting mails to the right address, getting the right key to the right parcel box in a cluster mailbox and, the very basic of all... closing and locking the cluster mail box door. What a shame!

I need to pick up mails because our mail box was broken. One of the staff was really unfriendly. I can understand you are very busy, but your attitude hurt me.

I dont like USPS from Rowland Heights off Nogales st so I go here. Peoples are friendly and helpful. Also 24hrs drop-off. I like it a lot.

Best post office by far I ever been too. Staff is friendly and willing to go out of theyre way to help you. My mailman is top notch.
