No one seems to care anymore. My mailman jams my mail into my mail box. He wouldnt have to jam it in there if he would simply mind the note and NOT deliver all the ads and circulars that are NOT addressed to me! I have taken great care to get my name and address OFF mailing lists. I do not want items clogging my mailbox. Simple, right? NO, Mr. Mailman has to deliver all the 3rd class mail, so he shoves it into any and all available mailboxes, even if it NOT addressed to you! I wish the 3rd class mail people would get a clue and stop producing it. Isnt everything on line these days? I like Grand Avenue location because they have a MACHINE to help you post and ship. Bush Streets excuse for not having a machine is the homeless. Really? PUT IN A MACHINE. The machine does not take breaks. The MACHINE thanks you for using the US Postal Service. The MACHINE will sell you a stamp so you dont have to wait in line. The MACHINE is fast and efficient. When I really need a person I inevitably have to wait in line behind people just wishing to buy ONE stamp. Why do people buy one stamp at a time? Get them at Ralphs, CVS or RiteAid, keep a supply at your home and stay out of the line at the post office.

The people in the office are decent, but the carrier that handles our area is worthless. He seems to pretend he delivers items, then leaves a notice that he tried when we are at our business all day, every day. He was supposed to deliver a package on Saturday, but it was returned because he alleged that our business was closed. I spent the entire day at our office, left the outer door open wide, left the front door unlocked, just so it would be obvious that we were available. He also alleged that he left a notice, but he did not. The only way I knew there was supposedly an attempt is that I checked the tracking number.

Terrible! I have two packages missing. The mailman confirms he delivered my packages in my mail box but there isnt anything. He did not even leave a key inside. I call the post office and they cant do anything because it shows in their system it has been delivered. Is this mail guy really paying attention to what his doing? I think not!! Now I have to reach the security to view the cameras where I live and check for my missing packages

WORST PLACE EVER! I TRACKED MY PACKAGES ONLINE AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE FORWARDING MY PACKAGES TO MY NEW ADDRESS BUT INSTEAD THEY SENT THEM BACK TO THE MAILER. 5 PACKAGES IN TOTAL. BEFORE GOING IN I HAD CALLED THE 1800 NUMBER TO LOCATE THEM AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE AT THAT LOCATION, WHEN I WENT TO PICK THEM UP THE RUDE LADY PRETENDED TO LOOK BECAUSE SHE WASNT EVEN IN THE BACK FOR MORE THAN A FEW SECONDS. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I was on hold to talk with anyone is this branch office regarding my package. I was on hold over 30 minutes, and still no one picked up phone. The package was to arrive on July 25, I called no one anwèrs the phone. The tracking system is not able to even find the tracking number. What kind of customer service is this??

If this was a real business they would be in chapter 11. I have ask thru their web site to have second delivery and they rather hold on to the material than to try to deliver it for second time. In other word to do their job. They do not answer their phone. We should just get rid of the USPS completely.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE IS HORRIBLE. The pick the phone and they "can no hear you! call us back" and then they never pick the phone. I been spending hours to try resolve an issue for one our customer.
