Been waiting five days on a package that was mailed as two day "Priority Mail" delivery. I then find out find it was apparently delivered, but was put into one of those parcel size lock boxes in our Condo complexes mailbox room. Unfortunately, our mail carrier failed to leave me a key so I could open it! Really poor service! Really Poor. Oh, and calling the Yorba Linda Post Office to report this, is nothing but a waste of time. I still havent been able to reach my carrier! Guess Ill have to camp out at the postal room if I want to finally get my package. These people actually get paid for this kind of service?????

Lazy- useless government workers! For over 2 months no mail has been delivered at my home. My mail has been returned as undeliverable. Today, I stood outside and took another video from my camera phone, your postal carrier told me “you can do whatever you want” when I advised him he’s being recorded passing my mailbox each and every day and I have contacted the US Postal Inspector. Also, this week I will begin uploading videos to Youtube with “Yorba Linda Post Office”. Once again, NO MAIL.

My mailman consistently ignores package pickup requests, when I call the post office to ask them to tell him to come back and get them they assure me he will come back and then he does not. I run a business out of my home and need to use their package pickup fairly often. I am frustrated by their lack of attention to detail and their lack of supervision. I would not recommend using this post office for anything.

I had to call this location due to my post office never answering. This service was amazing. They answered the phone and directed me to someone in the office who could help me with my problem of my mail missing. They helped me find my packages location and explained why it was put in the wrong place by another post office. Really amazing center!

incompetent, inefficient, rude, indifference, lazy...and these are the better traits of personnel at this post office. Calling and complaining, if they take your call, is a waste of time..why are my tax dollars subsidizing theses people??

Ive never had any problems and the carriers have always been nice and helpful if I have a question. Maybe its because I treat them nice. Some of these reviews actually show how awful the homeowner is, not the carrier.
