Look at my reviews, never wrote a bad review until now and it pains me to do this review, because everybody has a bad day but this location has some A**holes for employees... I try to use the Govenment facilities when I can but in this case I will NOT be using them any longer, at least at the TUSTIN United States Post Office on First Street. The Absolute worst employees and the service is even more worse. So disrespectful, I spend about $2500 annually in shipping cost, which is not much but its something more than Fedex or UPS business I do and would you believe they lost 2 packages. 1 Package was worth $300 and the 2nd worth $3000, 1st package was not insured and 2nd package was only insured for the value of the sale via online auction. Nevertheless, I am out about $1000. If you even have to go here make sure you check your packages in and get confirmation ticket, they tell you otherwise then they are lying and they might be the thief that stole 3 desktop computers from me in the past 10 months. The amount of hate and dislike the employees have for everyone and not just me notices this obviously. Its one thing to be hateful once, maybe twice but the amount of times I have been in there, EVERYTIME the employees have a terrible attitude toward everyone. They were even mean to my wife. BTW these are all the females I am referring to both young and older ladies there. Go, if like but beware I warned you that anything valuable could be subject to theft and not making it to its destination. FOR SURE GET A RECEIPT IF YOU HAVE TO GO TO THIS Terribly Managed Location...... NOT a HATER, NO PERSONAL ISSUES, JUST BEING HONEST.

I think i just have the worst mail person here, every time I go into the post office or call, the quality of service is fine. But the person who actually delivers my mail is terrible. She is constantly just sending my packages back to sender, without even giving me the option of picking it up at the post office, doesnt leave a notice sticker, nothing. I had a package that traveled around the mail system for almost 2 months before it actually made it back to the sender and I was able to send it to another address because instead of putting it in my mail box, it was getting sent back to the sender. On top of that, I found out this person has also been sending my actual mail back. I was waiting on a new debit card for several weeks and when I called my bank, it turns out the post office did a return to sender on it. Now I have a deactivated debit card and am HOPING my new one actually gets put in my mailbox. This is not the first time I have brought up the issue to this post office and it doesnt look like its getting any better.

The manager who runs this post office seems not to have the best customer services skills. She behaves like someone who been doing this job for long time and hates every minute of it. Instead of telling me she didnt know how to answer my question, she continues to tell me she needs a tracking number. My question has nothing to with a tracking number then gives me to someone else who is ruder than she is and still cant answer my question. If cant answer my question then just tell me you cant, very simple. I have no problems trying to figure another way, but dont get rude when Im trying to figure out whats going because you keep telling me something that has nothing to do with my question. This post office needs new staff or closed down.

If the people who work here are common throughout USPS offices its no wonder USPS is bankrupt and forcing the tax payers to pay for all their union benefits and union protections from being fired. its time to snip this cancerous government business off the tax dollar. this office doesnt even know how to do anything nor would let me use their USPS app to scan my packages, snatching away from me my own package. They also have called people up to the front and then they turn around and take their break leaving them standing there. They also dont speak English well at all and I find myself repeating over and over the same things. Seriously im disgusted.

This place couldnt be worse if they tried. Always a 10+ person line and only have normally 2 people handling the customers, who first language is not English. 2 managers that are worthless that wont help, will only grab mail from the back. Arrived at 5:01 to drop off mail there at least 10 customers inside and was told I couldnt drop off my mail inside, that I would have to carry the mail around the building to drop it off where there is no parking. I have torn labrum and carrying the mail causes great discomfort. These people are heartless and worthless. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. THESE PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND WHERE THEIR SALARY COMES FROM.

Yes, I agree with the other posters. USPS is a bankrupt organization, and their workers demoralized. We were home on a day when the postal delivery worker left us a notice of a certified letter in our mail box. They did not knock on our door as they were suppose to do. They just filled the notice out and left it in the box. We then signed for delivery, put the notice in the box and guess what, we never got the certified mail. There is nothing one can do to improve this either. Call and you get a busy signal. Going down to the post office and you get nothing either. Bankrupt through and through.

I hate that I am even giving them one star. Each time I call in to this location I receive the most unprofessional experience. They act like you are annoying them with your call. They do not help with ANY situation that occurs and dont have the desire to. Tammy is the worst one of all and has no clue what she is doing. She tells you to call back however, when you do she says can not help you. Why ask for a call back if you can do nothing to help me?! USPS is the WORST at delivering packages

USPS Delivery: Took time off from work to go to post office. Slip had Incomplete tracking number with date on 12/4. Blond USPS lady would not check the back, said need to call people that I may be waiting for packages and said could not assist further. Called various places and found out that package could not be delivered on 2/4. Tried to call back office for last hour - phone kept being busy. No one answered telephone !!!!! PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Talk about going above and beyond.. I shipped an envelope containing a mothers day card and gift, scheduled to arrive Saturday, but the delivery failed. I asked my dad to drive to the post office before they closed to try and pick it up directly. The postman/woman was still out, which made it impossible to get the package. The following morning, my parents received a knock on the door with the person hand delivering the envelope (on Mothers Day Sunday. Wow.

A bunch of brick heads work here. You ask one question and somehow they think your asking a totally different question. Very poor customer service. Seem to get the worst treatment from the tall Vietnamese woman who works the counter majority of the time. She tried to have me get back in line because I didnt have one box filled out when I had a question about it. Garbage Branch manager is not much better
