I have lived in the area for over a year and I consistently have mail lost. I receive many packages to my address and I get a pink slip to come pick up the package about 1 out of 10 times. Then when I go wait in line they tell me "Oh you have 6 packages back here!" some scanned over 2 weeks from the date I picked up the package. When I asked the manager Peter Lee about the extra packages he told me "Someone must have taken out the pink slips from my mailbox or that I must have lost them when I took my mail out." I have a locked mailbox in which I and the post office have the key. I asked him which he thought was more likely, that the mail carrier was too lazy to leave a pink slip or that someone broke into my locked mailbox, took out the pink slip only, and left all of my other mail. He didnt apologize. The staff for the most part is polite, but politeness doesnt cut it when you dont perform a service you are being paid to do.

Ive received every package so far and I get a lot of em. Ive also been to the post office and they are vary helpful. What Ive noticed is people acting extremely rude and impatient with the desk clerks, but then again what can you expect from a bunch immature,"its all about me people". I also mail out a lot of packages from the same post office and every single one of em have been delivered. The only problem Ive got is our mail man is so quiet when he comes to deliver my mail, i miss him, and also miss my package i have to sign for, so there i go the next day waiting in line the next day with those good ol "its all about me" folks. I like this P.O., and i think the people working there are very nice.They do seem extremely busy and probably could use more help.5 stars because they are understaffed.

Compeletly rude, didnt even want to hear what was going on with my personal delivery..... I also called multiple times and the phone was never answered, they just wanted me to get out and not bother them.... Would rate Zero if I could Update: still horrible as ever, basically blamed someone else for there messed and didnt even try to see what happened to my package. I had to call a completely different office to learn my package had been returned to the sender. The MANAGER at the pomona location had told me they put my package in the wrong mailbox along with yelling at me that they couldnt get my package back...... Which shows they dont care or even look up the package . Ridiculous to call yourself a manager, someone needs a demotion.

I agree that this operation is almost enough to drive one to vote Republican--but then again my carrier was campaigning for Palin and McCain last fall. I ordered something directly from the middle of China and it took 3-days for my package to get to the Pomona Post Office where it sat for 13 until I went looking for it. No little pink card in the mailbox, no honking the horn to get someone to come out of the occupied house to collect it, no phone call (though the shipper insisted on my phone number). This place is LAME. I shifted to electronic bill paying to avoid these guys and stop supporting them by buying stamps.

Absolutely worst service ever! These USPS workers simply DO NOT CARE, from the newest newbie to the oldest dino there. You can complain all you want they just do not care, which is why I will NEVER willingly use USPS for any of my parcel needs, I prefer to pay more for UPS or FEDEX. The mail carriers are the same, the one who delivers to my house constantly stuffs the mail box to the point where the lock is blocked and I cant open it. Im always having to leave them post it notes and having to wait extra for my mail. Cant wait for the eventual end of the USPS, we have the internet now so good riddance!

I ordered two count em TWO jerseys from two seperate ebay sellers. Both had a delivery date of yesterday. When tracked both say they were put inside my mailbox. Neither package was actually delivered. Both my wife and mother in law were home. No package(s). Called this P.O. NO ANSWER. 5 separate times. Hoping this turns out the way the guy below me said. Hoping they will realize the error of their ways and send me a pink slip. If not I lost out on two awesome jerseys and at BEST i MAY get my money back from EBAY. I get ebay packages all the time. First time ever TWO deliveries came up missing.

They delivered my package to a house 2 blocks away, at least according to a GPS tracking system that records their location when they make a delivery. Never got my package... After reading all the other reviews, it looks like this is the norm for this post office. I dont even want to re-order because itll probably go missing too. I can only imagine what other mail I probably dont receive. But on the bright side, maybe Ill get lucky and someone elses expensive package ends up on my porch. Somebody please shut this place down

I went there to get my passport. The woman in charge told me I was to late because I was there 3 hours early but didnt have my paper work done. I had been asking her the whole time about the forms I needed to have ready and then she blamed me for herself not telling me. She told me to go home and to come back nest week. SHe then let everybody else in the passport room but me. I did the paper wark and walked in anyway, it took a lot just to get her to do her job.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. They will consistently lose your mail, regardless of how many times you go in, and regardless of how much paperwork you fill out. It doesnt matter if you have a PO Box or get it delivered to your address. They will lose it. Just avoid this place all together. Theyre all apparently incapable of doing their job correctly, and you will have to do it for them. This place needs to be shut down.

They have to most terrible customer service. I was there with my little baby and husband to get the passport for my son. They said we need to get appointment. The only reason we get there was that their website said there is no appointment necessary. They said a lot of people complain about it before. They cant fixed the website and prefer people waist their time, just because they dont care. It sucks.

Unhelpful. I had a package marked as undelivered and left at the local post office. I went to pick it up and this lazy employee tells me my package was not there. I live 45 minutes away from pomona. I called fed ex and they stated my package was left with the post office. I went back a second time and my package was there. I wouldve saved a trip back and forth if it wasnt for someones incompetence.

The fact that this is a government institution is astonishing. Tracking service is down, no one seems to have any idea where my package is. USPSs main line answered, but this post office couldnt even answer my calls. If my package was estimated to arrive on a later date I wouldnt be mad, but the last day that it was supposed to arrive was yesterday. What is going on over there??
