The manager is extremely rude and make me wait for 20 mins while she said she has to take care of something in the back office first. Would this appropriate to let customer wait for almost half an hour for back office stuffs, and without any explanation? Extremely disappointed

They are open every day. Every. Single. Day. Even on Saturdays (until 5ish) and Sundays (until 4ish). The only post office I can mail things out at late on the weekends! Thank you!!!!
