This post office has the rudest employees Ive ever expereince in any post office in USA. Forget the bad customer service they dont have any customer service, once I wanted to send the package to Burbank.CA and the employee typed the wrong postal zip code in the system and it went to Colorado, when I went to complaint to the supervisor he was trying to deffend the employee and told me that wait few days and the package will be deliver to the right address. Yesterday I requested the free pickup from usps website and I did received the confirmation email with the confirmation number, I waited all morning and afternoon then I went to check my mail and for sure the mail was there but the mail man did not bother to ring the door bell and pickup the packages. The first place I schedule the pickup because I did not wanted to deal with the rude employees of that office and when I schedule the pickup no one show up. When I called the post office phone was keep ringing and no one pickup the phone. No wonder USPS is not doning good. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Ive ordered items online from Amazon many times always delivered by Fed Ex. Box arrives, its dropped off at my front door. If Im home, doorbell is rung and I pick it up, if Im out, its left on my doorstep discreetly and I pick up when I get home. Not so simple with our government. Bought binoculars from Amazon and went the free shipping route which gives me the USPS. I checked on delivery online with Amazon which led me to USPS online, which showed me delivery at 7:55 AM 7/27/08, which is a Sunday morning. Well I happened to be home on that day and at that time. USPS online also said no one home and left notice -- well no one rang my doorbell and there was no notice left on my door. Great. Now I have to waste my time going to the post office and hope my package is there before it is placed en route in a truck, or wait at home all day long and hope the package is delivered, or be doing one while USPS is doing the other. Next time Ill pay the $6 bucks and have Fed Ex handle it.

The first time I sent certified mail and received signature confirmation, apartment complex never received it. I called post office and they said somehow it went back into their mail and they would get it there to the apartment complex, a week later still nothing. I later found out that it was returned to sender (this is after they already had a signature confirmation). Next times I sent a laptop (insured it for $1,000) and never received it. No one at apartment complex signed for it, but USPS has a signature confirmation of a random person and says it was delivered. They have delivered it to the wrong person and received a fake signature. I have filed a claim and 2 appeals and all have been denied. I paid extra money for insurance in case something happens and they are still denying it. USPS has had very bad service. I would not send anything valuable. If anyone has had any experience like this and has been able to resolve it, please let me know.

I was going to give this 4 stars, but what happened today has upset me. I came before opening and realized I was too early, so I had to leave for my car to get fixed at Toyota (had a 9am appointment there). I went to get my car the second it was done and I left Toyota at 1:50. There was a ton of traffic, and I got to the PO at 2:04pm (there were people inside but close time was at 2). The man whom I usually admire opens the window, and as I try to explain myself. HE SHUTS THE WINDOW IN MY FACE just like they do in movies and shows where the guy giving service is mean and rude. Today was my absolute only day off, and the guy said "Come back Monday" which I know Im working all the way until Thanksgiving and Black Friday. My package has already been in the PO for close to a week already. I work for The Walt Disney Company, and the service I give is so different than what this man demonstrated.

The Post office is staffed by 4 - 5 people at the window but for some reason there is always a hideously long line. Ive seen workers display the "its not my yob" attitude when asked questions, and even sending customers to other windows with the questions instead of helping them. I can only describe the overall attitude of the post office as "slow & surly" towards customers. Customers are not a nuisance, they are your business! The female supervisor especially seems to foster an unhappy atmosphere by chastising and often belittling employees in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Often Ive heard an employee ask, "Can I go on break?" and the supervisor responded either, "I dunno, can you?" or "I dont care". Wow. I dont blame the employees, I blame mangement for creating a negative environment.

Went last Saturday after looking online for this post office hours. I was in line with half a dozen other people who had also looked up on line for their hours and read as I did 9am opening hours and on the door was 9am too! At 9:15am, an employee came out to get the person who had a passport appointment and said that they opened at 10am, NOT 9am. We asked why was it not changed on the door or online and she said that was a question for her manager who she kept telling to change it because people are upset with her every Saturday! No wonder the post office is doing so poorly - just a simple communication and courtesy and they cant even do that. I am sending several packages abroad and over the years have spent a lot of money with them so dont think Im asking for much but simple customer service.

Im surprised this place got such bad ratings. I actually thought the people were quite nice. Yes it gets busy.. especially during lunch hours and after work hours. But there is always someone helpful at hand to direct you to the right place or help you use the automated screen too. I mean, theyre not the super most happy cheerful employees, but come on.. Im not sure there any many post offices that have super happy cheerful people. Ive been to plenty of post offices where the employees seem to hate their lives and hate the customers but I would say this one is one of the better ones in the area. Its pretty fast and quick and Ive never had a problem with my package not getting there.

Charlene helped me this last time and she is extremly rude and sarcastic. She had an attitude with the customer before me for asking her where the tracking numbers were on the receipt she gave him, he had to ask her a couple times since she was being very vague with him Then she drew an arrow on his reciept and deliberatly pronounsed every syllable in the city and state the packages were going to. As i walked up to the counter she was still rolling her eyes at the last customer!!! She gave me an attitude for asking her if paying the 19.99 would guarantee my package not be lost she looked at me and said it gaurantees a time and date I cant guarantee the truck doesnt catch on fire.
