I like the Diamond Bar Post office. I also go there a lot. True, you do have to wait occasionally, but the people that work there are very knowledgeable, very nice, and patient. I normally print out my shipping labels through ebay, but often (2 or 3 times a week) I need to go to the post office when I mail internationally. Here are some tips if youre mailing: Best hours to go is right when they open, or around 2 to 3 pm. Do not go right before they close; you can expect a line that may last for about half an hour. If you are mailing internationally a lot, or mail items that require forms to be filled out, I advise you to ask the people working if you can have a stack to keep at home or something so you can fill it out before. That way, it makes your transaction faster, and they dont put you off to the side while you are filling it out, while they help another person. If you go right before they close, as in 15 minutes before, expect to wait about half an hour. They have another rush around lunchtime I believe, but the worst one is right before they close. Honestly, I like the DB Post office. They have the lowest prices for shipping, and the priority option is amazing. Tracking has always worked for me as well, and I have not once lost a product in the mail (knocks on wood). I understand that for people that dont go often, it can be frustrating and confusing. I know I was when I first started going. Just try and avoid the crowds!

-Theres always a long line and usually only 2 out of the 5 counters are open. -I buy and print my labels from eBay and when I come to drop off the items the man behind the counter weighs and scan each of them and says "youre 1 ounce off this one." (Keep in mind that the packages are ready to go but he takes the time to scan and weigh each one to make sure I didnt cheat the USPS out of an ounce). -The thing that just really angered me today was the fact that I called at least 10 times during their business hours until they finally picked up and when they did the guy put me on hold for 15 minutes. I just hung up because I had to go somewhere. Lazy, unprofessional workers, except Rod, hes a nice guy.

the asian lady is the worst person ever. She cant even count. all other employees are great, but the old asian lady has the worst customer service and was throwing my packages all around. She could have taken them out of the box, however she decided to just drop the whole box on the floor, and even the other employees were looking at her. she then kept throwing my packages counting them, and then always says its short, and i make her recount, and then everything is right. Literally every single time. Only her. I am Asian also, she should really not be allowed to work any where in the US.

The mail person has sent back VERY IMPORTANT documents on their own volition. However, she feels that junk mail is okay to stock my po box with instead. The staff has no idea what kind of hardships they cause to their paying customers in lieu of the mismanagement of this office. The manager clearly did not communicate a name change to the staff which caused many government and important documents returned. However, i am unable to acquire them and have lost $1000s of dollars. Absolutely disgusted by Carlos and his staff.

The lady who handle pick up package is terrible. She should not be allowed to work with people. She has the atitutde of this is not my problem Hello You know who you are Actually some of the people working there are nice The lady who is so rude ruin the reputation of the post office Shame of you. You really need to retire and stay home

I accidentally placed the wrong shipping address when I ordered a product online to an address that didnt exist. I tracked it online and found that it was already somehow "Delivered". I contested and the office said they would call me ASAP when they figured it out. Its been a month and a half now.

called about 10 times during their business hour, no one answer the phone. when they finally did, a lady put me on hold for another 15 mins, then the phone got hang up ... why would they have a phone number anyway.....

The worst post office I have ever been. They are keeping the lowest customer service level. Any mistake is not their problem. I would give it zero if I could.
