When they are good, you are good. When they are bad to earn 1 star, you need to know how bad the case is. When they lost a package, they never try to get it back. The deliver man left a note for a signature package on July 3rd when everyone was chill. I took the note to South Hill office twice (July 5th and 10th) and Sonia could not find it. I was annoyed but she said sorry while she did not have to. Then I left my note with signature and put it in mail box. Later at least 3 times, the man saw the note and did nothing just put new mail in it. So I assume they never found the package. I opened a case on July 12th saying that, if they find it, let me know and I will go post office to pick up. The agent said let them search for 3 days. After 6 days still heard nothing, I called back again. The agent said they resolve the case because someone scanned the package. And I was not notified via email or phone call! I said this is wrong because I check the tracking number online it is still not delivered but "alert". And I check mail box on July 17th and the note is still there. The agent said, she did not take care of the process but only report to reopen. (You dont care about the info I give you, why should I what "they scanned the package" means? I dont even know in what status a package should be). Then I called the supervisor who is in charge of this case in email, always hang up immediately. After 2 weeks, I still dont receive my package, and the note is still left in my mail box. And the tracking number result online is still "alert". The deliver man must make a mistake, such as putting in wrong mailbox, scanning package by accident, or losing it, but they never check, or at least dont know the detail what can go wrong and trace it.

Ive had issues 3 out of the 4 times mailing packages from here and will drive further to not use them the next time. Twice my package arrived damaged. This last time I paid for 2 Day Priority mail. On the expected delivery date my customer called saying that the tracking showed the package still in West Covina. When I finally got in touch with the post office the guy told me that Priority 2 day is just an estimate not a guarantee. He said that they made a mistake and my package went to the processing center then back to them at West Covina so they shipped it back to the processing center again on the "Expected Delivery Date". He said it will probably take another 2-3 days to deliver it to my customer. When I asked about getting a refund he said "Youre out of luck because we dont guarantee any delivery times or dates." I asked why it says Priority 2-Day delivery with expected delivery on 4/13 on my receipt then? He said, "so people wont call bothering us asking when their package will be delivered but its just an estimate." He was rude and did not offer any sort of apology at all throughout the conversation. DO NOT GO HERE.

Have several packages that need to be delivered to my apartment... a couple of books i purchased= 1st delivery was fine one book on my box and one on the bigger boxes that my apartment provides (and they left the key in my box=PERFECT!) 2nd delivery they claimed "parcel" and that it didnt fit in my box when 4 of the bigger boxes with keys were available... Why didnt they leave it in bigger box and leave the key in my box like last time... Now they claim my box was full i go check and only have 2 envelopes... this is lame... i think theyre just lazy... we pay for delivery service and all they do is leave a tag telling me to pick up... no wonder most of their jobs are soon to dissappear...

I called because I wanted to check on 2 packages that were "delivered". Gave Anette my tracking # and she told me to call back in 2 hrs because their internet was down. Ok fine, thats understandable. So I asked her if we had a new mail guy and she said no, so I asked her why is it that hes confirming my packages are delivered in my mailbox when theyre not? She had the nerve to tell me, "he knows what hes doing". I told her one package "lost" fine. But again??? Who leaves a package outside the mailbox? The previous mail lady always left a slip of it didnt fit. They seriously have the worst customer service

This post office is complete garbage. I had a package held here to be picked up, and heard multiple stories every time. "Oh its being sent back to the sender", "Oh its being redelivered", Oh its this, oh its that. Im pretty sure they just bullshit every time mostly because they give up on looking for it. Plus half of them have attitudes with the exception of maybe 2 people. Also their phone line is busy about approximately 24 hrs of each day, which Im sure the cause isnt actually because theyre helping customers, so good luck trying to get help if youre too busy to stop by there and want immediate answers.

I had my mail held when I was on vacation. After my return, the mail service was resumed as scheduled but my held mail was not delivered as instructed. I followed up with the WC office and I was assured these will be delivered the following day. It was not delivered in spite the assurance. I had to pick them up after waiting for 2 days! Fortunately, there was no line when I went to pick them up; but I had to wait for a good 20 minutes only to be told that my accumulated mail was not there! I raised my voice such that the next person at the counter heard me and said that he/she has it!!!!

Being a new owner of our business we notified the post office and also got new keys for our mailbox. However, despite informing the supervisor that we are not getting our mails no action was taken for two weeks; our mail is being re-diverted to a completely different address without our approval. Today we presented our returned mails to the post office and we were told that this matter will be investigated by the area supervisor Mr. Danny. So far the service at the location is so-so, but hopefully the Postmaster will personally take care of this matter in question.

absolutely sad.. i have called three times back to back to ask a question and sat on the phone while ringing each time untill my cell phone had just said "call ended" we should start a petition to get these types of things handled.. this is an unfair matter.. i have been in this post office many of time and also have seen the blaitant disrespect of employees and also the absence of a manager or some who actually cares.. its down right awfull.. i will be sending a complaint as well as you all should who have been affected by this disrespectfull rudeness..

These people are straight rude and incompetent. After they didnt know were to deliver my package i had to take a visit down there to be disrespected and ultimately left without my package they said they didnt have. It turns out they did have my package but would rather waste my time and have a driver deliver it to my home the next day. You guys honestly suck to the highest extent i can verbally express without using vulgar language which i would usually turn to using at this point. Either way karma is gonna hit these people hard!
