Rude people, was sending a package through them, they charged me for the priority box I HAD, THAT I GOT FOR FREE, they charged me for it an extra 3$ besides the 7$ to ship it to Arizona ! REFUSED TO GIVE ME TRACKING NUMBER, she taped the tracking number on the box, and refused to give it to me, i asked if i could just write it down so i could make sure it got there, her respond was no, this is not for you, this is for us to check where your package is" SERIOUSLY ? overpriced, rude, disrespectful, STUPID, hate this branch, never going back!

A tiny hole in the wall that has a 50/50 chance of the staff being rude to you or incredibly nice...the same people, even if its another day and you have been coming regular...they dont seem to recognize faces or voices. Either way Rowland Heights is overdue for a larger post office to serve the population. It should have been renovated and expanded upon decades ago. Seriously this place is small and has not changed in 25 plus years...its smaller than the taco bell we used to have.

Usps, especially this branch is rude and full of **** my package got lost, nobody would help me in person or thru phone. All they say is they are not reaponsible for it. Use UPS. Way better and way more responsible. This is place is ****ing rude and weird

Convenient location next to Rite Aid, but does get busy before closing which is at 5pm, so the best time to send out or drop off mail is as soon as it opens which is at 9am or around lunch.

Great little post office that can handle all your needs. Its in the middle of a shopping plaza so its a little hard to find from the street.
