Family Autobody has a lack of timeliness, professionalism, and communication when it comes to doing basic dent repair. The shop said my car would be ready in 7-10 business days and almost a month later, I get my car back. The work delay excuse was due to a internal change in personelle. They did not communicate why this was the delay and kept me waiting. On top of that, we had agreed to fixing my windshield and calling my insurance, this was included to be fixed. However, family Autobody did not fix it and said that I was supposed to fix it myself. Their work is not honest, nor is it high quality. Overall this was a frustrating, terrible experience and I will not recommend them.

Extremely impressed with this shop. Picked up my honda accord from family auto body a week ago after being rear ended. Throughout the entire process, they kept me up to date on the progress, and kept to the original quoted price. Looked like a brand new vehicle when they were done with it. Can tell they were very meticulous in their work and take a great deal of pride in delivering what they promise. If youre looking for a body shop which prides itself on high quality workmanship and honesty, this would be the place.

I wasnt even able to get an estimate. Stopped in and the staff was very polite; looked at my car, gave me a rundown of the timeline, and asked me to send in my insurance quote so that they could get a supplement started and save me some time in the shop. I sent my estimate and heard nothing so I called; they couldnt verify that they had received it and asked me to send it again - I did, and heard nothing again. Two stars for the polite staff but it doesnt do much good if theres no follow through.

Very bad service. I wont recommended anybody to take their over there. I took my car on tuesday 09-27-2016 for repair my car.and didnt hear from the shop. Calling and calling no one answer. So i decided to go on Thursday so see what is going on. And the guy name Ryan menaced me saying he just pulled in my car for repairs, so i wasted two days without comunicate saying depends on me to leave it or take my car . This is not the way to treated customers. Btw He look creepy and unprofessional.

I had a little damage to my Toyota and I took it Family Auto Body Shop after having it look at by a Toyota dealership. They wanted $900 to fix my backdoor and window and almost $1,200 in new parts. Family auto body shop took apart my door and they ended up fixing the part and charging me only $75. I had been driving this car for almost 3 months thinking I couldnt get it fixed and a friend told me to let them take a look. Honest people are have to find, thanks guys. 5 star treatment.

In my opinion this is one of the best body shops in Denver metro. I tried several other large corporate body shops and this real Family run shop cared the most about my vehicle. Great customer service, herb is very honest they delivered my car ON TIME and the repairs were very professionally done. The shop is run by a father, and his son with the utmost concern for on time delivery,quality and craftsmanship. I have already recommended friends to Family Auto Body Shop!!!

Great service! Jeff did a great job replacing the engine in my sons car. So far the car runs great. Herb stayed in contact with me the whole time, staying true to the price and time frame he gave me. It is hard to find an honest mechanic these days, so when I asked about replacing parts other mechanics told me the car needed,(over $2,000 worth of work), Herb said, no the car didnt need it. Family Auto will now be our mechanic of choice.

In response to John Pastors Post. We have never had a Ryan working at family auto body. I am sorry John you have us mixed up with another shop. Also John we do not allow customers to just drop off their car without an appointment. If you did come to Family Auto Body you would have meet the shop manager herb or dan and been provided a date when your car could be dropped off and on what date repairs would have been complete.

They told us my wifes car would only take a few days but give them a week. A week goes by and no phone call from them. I call them and they tell me it would be a few more days. A week later I call and come to find out they havent even started work on the car. They dont communicate with you and they down right lie to you. They just lead you on. Why would I want a place like this to work on my vehicle when they are full of it.

Very friendly office but terrible service. Communication is the worse I have ever experienced. I was told it wold take 3 weeks for repairs and its been over 2 months. I cant even get a straight answer if he has even started on it yet. Im a very easy person to please but this is ridiculous. It definately would have been worth the wait to have my hail damable repaired from a professional body shop.

They have worked on personal cars for my family and I as well as repair work for customers of mine who had been in accidents. The quality of the craftsmanship is the best you will find and the prices and customer service cant be beat. They can work directly with the insurance company to streamline the process and I highly recommend them if you need an auto body shop.

Great service! Dan and everyone here did an excellent job on my car. I had front end damage and it looked brand new when I got it back! Very fast and great customer service. I highly recommend these guys for all your repairs.

Rude and short on the phone. Told me it was impossible to replace quarter panels on a 2002 WRX and they would "never fit right". Speaks to the quality of their work. Lost a customer before I even walked in the door.

They worked on the Suburu after an accident and they did the work faster and cheaper than I was quote by several companies. I would recommend them.
