Crappy, daughter took her Jeep in after being rear ended. 1st problem they said the Jeep was dangerous to drive the muffler was pushed into the brake lines so she got a rental. After getting the Jeep back now when you drive it the ABS light comes on and when it does the Jeep dies in traffic, their response we never drove your Jeep so we do not know if your ABS light was coming on before. HELLO!! The muffler was pushed into the brake lines you even said so you had to repair it and NO it was not coming on before and dying. 2nd problem the jeep was rear ended when we took it in we told them to take note the rear window, window wiper no longer works well, found out today it still does not work I wonder what they are going to say when we call them today, Oh we never checked your rear wiper before your wreck.... Had other cars done there in the past had good experiences actually requested to take the care there BAD choice BAD COMPANY something has changed with them I would take your car somewhere else.

1 So crazy autobodyshop that i saw until now, i was accident and broken down the tail lights and bumper, the insurance recommended me to come to abbra in westminster , co to fix that, they took pictures on my car every thing good when I dropped my car on their after done I came to pick up i saw somethung wrong like engine light flashing, the case under my sterling wheel opened and they put it back did not match with their rims before, I asked them is it safety to come out, they said YES!!!! when I drove my car out after 5 minutes my car shut down and I cant control my car anymore on hightway 36, with the burn smell, they tow it back and after check again they said my coin somthing broken down, or my timing bell cracked, but they did not responsible for that, I complainted 2 time but nothing, I hsve to fix by my self about 3000 , I so scare that shop, everybody should come there, that was a nightmare!

They have contacted me are are doing everything possible to make this a good experience. A month wait for an estimate and another month to repair. They had my car for 2 weeks. When it was returned the work was ok. However, there was a door ding that was not there when I took the car in. They did a rework and the car was better and the ding was repaired. But my car still has scratches and marks on it that were not there before taking it in. I guess that is just the nature of this? I just expected it to be returned they way it was before the incident. I am especially annoyed that one of the staff felt like they deserved my designer sunglasses more than I do. I know that they tell you to take everything out of the car, however I forgot to remove my sunglasses from the built in holder and they were gone when I got the car back. I called and spoke to the manager, but what can he do really?

Got an estimate from here and wanted my hood and front replaced with non factory parts. Chrissy said they do this all of the time and it shouldnt be a problem but would look into it. I emailed her 2 days later to see if they could do it and she said she would ask the general manager about it. I waited almost and week and no contact so I emailed her again asking if she had talked to the general manager because if they were going to do it, the parts would needed to be ordered immediately to be able to receive them in time for my scheduled repair date. An additional 2 weeks went by and no response still. Went ahead and cancelled my repair with them and went with Auto Reflections since they have better customer service.

Very impressive!! While on the phone with my insurance I received a phone call from ABRA wanting to set up an appointment to have me come in. I did $3,000 worth of damage to my Subaru and got it back in less than 7 working days. Super quick service, awesome customer service. My parents need work done to their vehicle and I will be referring them there. I also need to get one of my other vehicles repainted and I will take it to them.

When I dropped off the car it had a bent hood among other damage. When I picked up the car the hood is still bent. The head light is not adjusted. I cant see at night. The frame horn is still damaged. The paint on the damaged hood just sucks. The paint shop never sanded the rock chips, and the paint cracks before repainting . I will never go back to this shop. Think twice before going to this body shop.

I had work done on new Jeep Cherokee (unfortunately twice!) but this Abra shop did a great job both times. Turn around times where fast and the work was professional. I was very happy. Plus if you have Geico -- they have a representative there all the time to help you with the claim. You can take your auto there with confidence that will be done right and on-time.

The staff at ABRA auto body were courteous and helpful. We got our initial estimate of the damage (our Ford Taurus was damaged by a tow truck driver, ripping off front bumper) and unfortunately the date to bring in our car is November something, 3 months from now. They are real busy. I will give another review when the work is done.

Kelsey (I think) with Enterprise was so nice and helpful! Very patient and thorough. Also, Jerod and Bruce at Abra were amazing. The communication was extremely efficient and the customer service deserved 5 stars for sure. I could tell that they valued me as a customer and as a person. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I went there because I was hit by someone with Geico Insurance. They were very friendly and quick. They have a Geico representative in the office as well as a Enterprise Car Rental representative. I only had to go one place!
