Dont waste your time here. I cant review their work because I never could get that far. I called to make an appointment for an estimate and was told that the earliest was three weeks out. No problem. Show up for my appointment on time and was asked to take a seat and Chris would be out in a minute. Fifteen minutes goes by and she says she will check with him because he is in a meeting. Well I can see the meeting because he is just across the room with his door open,sitting down talking to another employee about their work. I can hear their conversation. Twenty five minutes goes by and I ask again. She goes in and comes back and says I told him you were waiting. No apology or how long it might be, doesnt stick his head out the door to acknowledge me, he just keeps sitting there going on with his conversation. After thirty minutes it became very obvious that he could care less about their customers and I was out of there. I can only imagine how bad their service must be once they get your vehicle in the door.

After working with my insurance company to obtain an estimate appointment for repairs, I called Caliber to try and schedule a repair or estimate appointment. They refused to start the process of repairing my car until I had completed my insurance estimate. Due to many people being affected by a hail storm, my insurance estimate could not be done for 3 weeks. The Caliber representative said they were booked out for 3-4 weeks. So, after my insurance estimate, when I call back to schedule an appointment, I will be 6-7 weeks out from now and no work will have even been started on my car. Unaceptable customer service. I guess they do not want my business or more importantly, my $15K

This is actually what happened to me. I took my vehicle in there for an estimate. The guy doing the initial work taking pictures and notes about the damage for the estimate was rude. Then he tells me that he will get back to me in two days max with the estimate. A week passes and I never hear from him. I then call back and ask to speak with a manager to explain the poor service. The secretary takes down my number and says the manager will call back. A day passes and I never hear from anyone. I callback again and ask if this is actually a joke. I leave my number again, and have never heard from anyone. Unbelievable.

My husband and I took a 2010 Subaru in for repairs, what a mistake. They used the cheapest parts they could, poor aftermarket tires, and even started an electrical fire in the car.They never offered to replace the mats they burned and never put new clips in to hold the wires. It took weeks longer than expected and we still had to take the car back twice for more parts and because it was not running right. My husband works on cars (race cars at that!!!), and we have never seen such poor quality of parts, paint and workmanship. Any shop has to be better than Hanks Auto Body.

This is the most pathetic and worthless shops I have ever seen. After receiving an estimate from the insurance agency I took my car in to hanks to see if they had a lower number. Turns out, hanks made up damage on their estimate and was trying to get more money out of my settlement. The guy was bsing me the whole time acting like I wasn't aware of what's going on. Don't be fooled by the free coffee , this place is a bad business. Many other smaller body shops that will do quality work and save your deductable. I will never go here again.

I just took my Ford explorer in for a repair on my muffler. I got my muffler lodged onto my frame from bottoming out one night and it was melting my bumper. My estimate tech there was Bob and oh my gosh I dont have enough good words to say! He was polite, professional and even took my car into the rack and pried my muffler off my frame so it didnt continue to melt my bumper! Everyone at this location was extremely nice and I was in and out on my lunch break which was so nice. Way to go caliber!! I would recommend this location to anyone!

I ended up here after an accident simply because it was the closest body shop- I am sure glad I did! The people here were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and very quick (Chris, the service advisor I worked with was phenomenal!). I went to get all the items out of my car so it could be sold to salvage and they gave me all the time I needed to collect my stuff and were very patient with me being a little emotional. I would, hands down, go back here and highly recommend them!

This review is regarding the EXCELLENT customer service we received from service advisor, Chris Finney. He went above and beyond what I would ever expect someone to do. Instead of giving us an estimate, he believed we could save money by doing our own work. We needed a tailgate installed on our truck, and he spent at least a half hour with us - informing us of what parts we needed, telling us how to install it, and even finding parts we need on his office computer.

Funny how all the bad reviewed some from deadbeats who were bargain hunting or don’t understand how accidents can create damage. If you are looking to save your deductible or to get bargain on auto repair than this is not the shop for you. However, if you are looking for unbelievably good repair that brings your vehicle to pre-accident condition (or better) and don’t mind paying your deductible than you would be nuts to take your vehicle anywhere else.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Hanks! They have fixed my car 3 times now and the work has always been great. The one time I had a problem with a part of the car they had repaired previously, they fixed it free of charge. Great body shop - always right on with time estimates, there is a car rental place in the building and they are always professional. Even vacuumed my car for me!

I had my Tahoe repaired at Hanks Auto Body last year before Caliber Collision bought them out. I went back for tailgate issue and their lifetime warranty only to be told that Caliber does not honor the warranties of the company they bought out. My family had been taking cars to Hanks for years. This was an opportunity for Caliber to earn our lifetime business and choose not too.

Really bad customer service, I guess they cant handle it when they are busy. Its a shame they use to be a good place to get things done not anymore it seems like they just dont care or they are too busy to take care of the customer.

This is always my go to place. They have great service, they take care of you as well as your car. They have done a lot of service to my vehicle and its always come back in great shape.
