I wrecked my car Nov 29th 2015. After arranging for a tow truck to pick it up, it ended up at bear creek Dec 4th. 2015. After countless delays due to parts not showing up (admittedly not their fault) I was finally able to pick up my 2007 VW gti on Jan. 2nd. Upon picking it up I noticed right away that the headlights were not seated correctly so I waited the better part of an hour for them to fix it. Annoyed they made me wait, but happy they got on it right away. Now I have my car back and the problems really started... I noticed 1 day after I filled the washer fluid that my car was blinking and asking for more. I took the car back and they told me the washer fluid pump needed to be replaced (oh yea and the headlights were still not right and they had to take it to a VW dealership to get them right, which they should have done to begin with.) So they set me up in a rental and had the car for another 2 days while they re-calibrated the headlights and replaced the water pump. I have to stop here to comment I believe an autobody shop should really take the car on a little drive and make sure these details work before giving it back to the owner. This job was an 8500 dollar job and they seemed to breeze over the details. So then I had the car another week or so before I realized they replaced the front grill with a used one that had never even been painted!! on top of that the GTI symbol looked like it had been a part of world war 2. So Once again (this is the third time for those of you keeping track at home) I took the car back in and they admitted the poor decision to put on an old busted up grill and replaced it for free. I give them credit in that they always fixed there mistakes even though there were far too many of them to be acceptable on a 8.5k job. I sat in the waiting room again for another hour or so while they put the new grill on. At the end of this day (which is today) I pointed out to them a hood dent that I had never seen before and my car had a front impact (which is why the grill had to be replaced) and they tried to explain to me that the dent in the hood had nothing to do with the recent impact which I find very difficult to believe. The lead mechanic actually said hail damage could be the reasoning LOL I know the car has never been in hail damage Ive owned in since it had 30k on it and know the guy who bough it knew.. but I digress. Even if the hood wasnt their problem, the amount of swirl marks and bad painting practices are enough alone to make me never go back there. The side of the car they repainted looks like someone took a SOS pad and ran it back and fourth over the whole side. It is a black metallic car, but I expected much better from sure a large operation. Bottom Line: They are a big shop that has a lot of traffic go thru it, I believe they cut corners by buying used parts whenever possible and hoping the customers do not notice their fit and finish mistakes. If you really like your car I would recommend taking it elsewhere. If you just need it back to drivable, then this is your shop for sure, just dont be surprised if a two-three week job ends of taking 6-8. On the plus side, the ladies in the front are very helpful and patient with customers that are obviously having a hard time with the work being done. Hope this helps

I brought my vehicle to Bear Creek Auto because this is where my car was brought for the Geico inspection, and being new to the area I did not have any other "regular" place to take my car. When I dropped it off in the morning, I wanted to get there right when they opened so I could head to work with my rental afterwards. The checking-in of my car was quick, but then it took over an hour to get my rental car situation figured out. Not a great way to start my day. They told me it would be a few days, so I was fine having the go-kart of a rental for that long. Three days later, someone was nice enough to call me and inform me that the hail damage on my vehicle was past paintless repair, and that I would need to get a new trunk lid for my car. They said the trunk would be arriving in the next couple days and the repair would be done shortly after. Over a week later... and I never received a follow-up call. I called them three times to see the status on my car, and they only called me back once to let me know the lid they ordered was damaged and they were waiting on a new one. Two weeks in a rental go by, and I call them AGAIN! Another two days go by, and I finally got the answer that my car was being detailed and they would call me when it was ready to pick up. Of course they did not call back, and I just showed up shortly before they closed because the temporary permit on the rental car was expiring that day, and it needed plates. I walk in to ask about my car, they dug around for my paperwork, and sent me on my way. No one offered to walk me to my car to walk through the repairs, or even apologize for it taking so long. Then on my drive home that evening, I noticed items were missing from my car. They were not large items, but one had sentimental value that I cannot replace. When I contacted them about it, they really didnt seem to care. They just told me that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. The car was locked when I walked out to it, so Im assuming it didnt happen while it was sitting outside. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. The customer service is terrible (both when I dropped off and picked up my car, the woman at the desk was complaining about her life), the follow up is non-existent, and they really dont care when or how items go missing from vehicles. Id rather take my vehicle to a shop that cares about their customers, and knows how to pick up a phone to give an update when details change.

Honestly a terrible experience. Dropped off a 2015 honda pilot and the work they did was plain bad. Bumper not attached straight. Exhaust replacement and one tail pipe sticks out a solid inch more than the other. Awful paint job on the rear bumper. Just shoddy low skill work performed. Factory work is next to a joke in the first place and this was far inferior to the factory condition. Their onsite rental company Enterprise was absolutely awful. They booked 5 ppl for a 9:00am appointment. I was the first of the five to arrive but the last of the five to be serviced. Had another appointment at 10am which should have been easy to make. By 9:50 the incompetent agent finally called my name. One would think rental cars scheduled 6 weeks in advance would be on site ready to go. Of course not...had to drive clear up to emich chevrolet to get it. Left about 10:30. Took an hour and a half to rent a car I had scheduled for nearly 6 weeks. Schomp honda gets me into rental cars in about 3-5 minutes. Never again will I take my car into such an awful business. The rental car was filthy and smelly. The autoshop left my car absolutely filthy inside. Completely caked in dust with black smears all over my tan leather interior. They even managed to get about a 2 inch line of blue pen ink on the leather of the arm rest. They did low quality work and then left me with an hour and a half of leather scrubbing. Honestly I kind of hope that dump goes under. Thank god the lady who hit me had her insurance cover every penny or Id be suing them for such a high level of nonsense. They also took 2 days longer than they originally told me. Slow and crappy. Dont use these ppl. Just as terrible as what maaco does.
