Had a wrecker that needed to be painted to AAA specs and brought it here. Pretty simple, straight forward, just the wrecker body. They did a horrible job. My driver was standing next to me when I clearly pointed out what was to be painted, the wrecker body including the wheel lift and sling bar. They painted everything but those parts. Also they only painted one dolly bracket and left the other black. The paint job itself was shabby, painted over rocks and debris rather than clean the surfaces, overspray, drippings on non painted parts. And lastly, someone there obviously extended the boom without freewheeling the cable and jammed it in the cable guide at the end of the boom and now have to replace the part, but of course no one there knows anything about it. Will never take anything to be painted there again.

Worst place ever. A first class rip off. They had my car for 3 mos. and never got past the primer stage. They have the worst customer service Ive ever encountered in my 65 years. I sent them 46 emails (1 per day) with out a reply. When I got my car back in just the primer stage of completion many of the reasembly components( I had to do) were missing. They also broke my steering wheel and said they would replace it. 46 emails later ....still no steering wheel or reply about the missing pieces.. I would never go there again and would never recommend them to any one, not even an enemy. They more than doubled the original estimate, and insisted they be payed as each phase of the project was done. WARNING TO ONE AND ALL .....DONT GET RIPPED OFF BY THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

They didn’t even get the job done right the second time... I paid for the premium dual stage paint thinking I would get a factory like finish and I was wrong. The paint job has the “orange peel” look and certain spots on that did not get sprayed with clear coat. Now I am out the money, as well as the time. I did not take my auto parts here to get painted out of savings, I did it because of convenience. I have never experienced customer service like this... Horrible.

These guys did a great job painting my truck and it looks fantastic! I liked the price but the quality is really really good and thats whats important right? I changed the color of my truck but you cant tell unless you open the doors which is fine by me. They painted between the bed and the cab really well. My truck had a faded hood and roof and needed a makeover. If you want a good paint job at a fair price then I highly recommend this Maaco shop.

We were promised our car every day for 4 days in a row. We finally had to just go take our car without it being finished, then bring it back the following weekend so that they could finish. I understand that completion estimates may be off by a day or so, but 4 days!?! And to be promised it would be ready that day, then told it wasnt ready that afternoon - twice - that isnt acceptable at all. I would never go back or recommend this Macco to anyone.

Had my f250 painted, was dirt cheap, done within 4 days, and I am in SHOCK at how amazing it turned out. Also- to top it off, Pat had a wonderful and super helpful personality and attitude through the whole process. Was hesitant to come here at first but I am extremely glad I did. A+

would like to give 5 starts because of great paint job, buut i got my ride back with a new bad curb rash and big chunks of mud that looked like it was shoved under my bed and cracked the fibreglass more not sure what happened, but it happened, paint job was done perfectly though.

They have really really bad service , i was told that my car will me done monday ,and i end up getting it Friday, they dont stand behind their words, and i understand their busy but not get my car 4 days later. This place is not recommend and this place is a rip offf.

Not sure why the bad reviews because this particular Maaco is awesome, We have taken several vehicles here and have told several others about this place who also got quality work. I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else JUST SAYING

Worst customer service ever! was promised my truck in a week and didnt get it till a month later. Will never go back there again over all poor customer service and very bad job on my truck.
