I took my truck as I had heard that they do a good job. Well, I took my truck & then they forgot to call to tell me that they didnt have the parts yet, so we had bring the truck back 1 week later. I called a week later to get a pick up date and they have not yet started work on it & they argued about that. When I finally get my truck back my tow package is now missing. They argued that I took it off before bringing it in. Unfortunately, the manager also lied to my insurance agent about this. The pictures that they took proved that it was on the truck when they had it, the insurance had the pictures and argued on my behalf. They did replace the tow package as a courtesy is what they told the insurance agent. Will never use them again.

Nine years ago I was rear-ended and Mahnke did the extensive repairs to my car. A little rust started showing through and I took the car back because I had a lifetime warranty. They did not even flinch and got my car into the shop with no questions - yes, even nine years later. The rust had spread even more than we thought, but again, no questions - they did the job thoroughly and with attention to detail, very conscious of their work. It is so nice to find a company that stands by their words and their guarantees - hard to find in this day. Ill definitely take any car I have back to them.

The work looks great. There was a spot that was not painted properly during the first visit. Tony took care of it, drove me home and delivered the vehicle to my house fixed, the same day. How can I complain about that! All while they are swamped from the recent hail storm. Many thanks to them for taking care of my truck and I!

I am very happy with the work they have done. The courteous and professional manner of the people I interacted with could not have been better. They had made some sort of mistake which involved more work for them but they were up front with me and owned the problem. I recommend them based on my experience.

Been to this company 3 times, 3 differentry vehicles. No problems, kept in touch with me through the whole process. Match paint perfectly I didnt have to go back afterwards. Took care of my rental vehicle issue, and were extremely wonderful with all my vehicles.

My insurance company sent them a check over a month ago and I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I expect more from an Arvada Chamber member. Needless to say they wont be keeping the check. Will remove this review once contact has been made. Thx.

My vehicle was hit and I have to take my car to this business as per instruction of insurance company. It drives but it looks horrible. I just found out that they cannot get me in for a whole month...Not happy..
