Super service despite noisy atmosphere! As with previous reviewer, atmosphere is the only reason for less than 5 stars. My stylist at the Chambers/Parker location was Roxanne ("Roxy"); she is also one of their Master Stylists and well deserves the title. With a few highlights that took her about 10 minutes to apply, she turned an ugly banana-yellow home dye disaster into a bright, layered color perfectly matched to skin tone. Also went from shoulder-length hair to an angled bob - was concerned as I have some awkward "cowlicks." This cut is PERFECT. I can almost roll outta bed, comb it and go - not sure thats ever happened for me! The price for both (varies based on stylist qualifications) was $100 but worth every penny. Obviously Beauty Brands Master Stylists really have to earn it; cannot recommend Roxanne highly enough.

I was thoroughly unimpressed by my visit to this store today. I asked for help of two different female employees and was given an eye roll and view of their back by both. When I was checking out, Essence (the clerk checking me out) slammed my products onto the counter and was doing some impressive eye acrobatics while talking past me to the other employee about lunch. Due to the service, or lack thereof, the store Beauty Brands will no longer be apart of my beauty regimen.

Love this place and Tricia who does my nails. Shes awesome at what she does friendly and great personality, I love that she keeps conversations going and there is never a quiet or awkward moment. Shannon who does my brows. I dont get anything fancy when it comes to my brows I just keep them cleaned up but shes does an AWESOME job! Customer service is friendly and very helpful when it comes to buying things outside of the salon area.

Okay selection, girls try to be helpful, though I dont think they are very knowledgeable. So probably average experience, but I go because its close to home.
