Ive been through so many hair dressers and stylists. Just when I thought I found a great one, my next hair cut with the said stylist left me extremely unsatisfied. Ive been wanting to give Salon Serrano a try for a while and one day decided to book an appointment for my mother -in-law and I. I was a little worried because my MIL is very picky and I am no less pickier than her. We were introduced with Caresse and I admit I did check her own haircut before I sat down to her chair :) With my long history of hair dressers I noticed one thing heavily; typically those who had a good style and hair care going on their own hair were pretty spot on for their client hair, too. Trusting the positive vibes of how well she presented herself (and her hair), I decided to give Caresse a try. My hair is very fair and wavy; not a great combination and most certainly very hard to give a shape and a good cut. But Caresse was able to answer all my questions, explain to me the shortcomings of the celebrity haircut that I looked up for myself and suggested similar A line haircut (is that what its called :) which would go well with my facial shape and features. Before I would just tell my previous stylists what I wanted and they tried their best to do it and let me go on my way, regardless if it looked good or not. But I am really the type of a person who would like to listen to experts on their dedicated field and if something does not go well for me, I would like to be recommended to pursue other options. Thats what Caresse did and I found her approach very professional. My MIL loved her hair cut and I will only and only let Caresse touch my hair. Our following appointments had the same results, so, I am looking forward to seeing Caresse from now on.

I went in to re do my highlights which had grown out about 3 inches. I didnt want to go back to the Salon that I originally went to and thought I would try Salon Sereno. My appointment was with Caresse and she was awesome! She matched my highlights and toned down the red (my highlights are caramel and medium brown hair). My hair looked gorgeous! I was so pleased I could not stop smiling. I felt beautiful and I was so excited to go show it off. It has been a week and my hair is still so soft from the deep conditioning treatment she gave me. Caresse also suggested face framing bangs and I love them. I will definitely return and tell anyone that needs a new salon to go to Salon Sereno and ask for Caresse. The other employees were also very nice and not snooty like I have felt at other salons. Definite 5 stars!

I needed a fresh look and was falling out of favor with my current hair style. I found this salon through a Groupon and thought Id give it a try. Vanessa was very thorough in trying to help me figure out what I wanted and did an amazing job. Ive had many stylists in the past that had no idea how to simply blow dry my hair (long/curly/thin/frizzy) so it was totally refreshing the Vanessa had such skill. She even walked me through how to style it properly. The products she used were amazing. Im new to J Beverly Hills stuff but I am now addicted and even walked out with a bottle. Im going back this Saturday for some color too and I cant wait. 5 stars all the way.

I went in for a completely new look, Caresse helped me narrow down my options and come up with the best idea for my hair. I LOVE IT!! We took off a huge amount of hair and did a little subtle but noticeable blonde highlights. My hair is so soft and has great movement! I love it!! Caresse was so fun to chat with and was very knowledgeable. She did a wonderful job and sent me home with some samples of their PURPLE colored shampoo specifically designed for blondes!! FANTASTIC! I will be returning in the future!

I cant say enough about Shannon and this salon. Shannon is creative and informative. So many times Ive been in a salon and had no idea what they were doing and how much they were going to charge me. Shannon kept me informed the entire time. I love the color and cut she did and will be a life long customer. Moving from NC to CO Ive struggled finding a stylist right for me, and Im so relieved To have found Shannon. She took great care of me, and is so affordable.

I have been to Salon Sereno multiple times and I cannot rave enough! Caresse is wonderful to work with and always ensures you get exactly what you desired. This is the salon to come to if you are looking for a fresh new look, touch up, or something trendy and fun! Personally, I enjoy playing with color (purples and reds) and this salon uses the most top of the line products that stay and pop color while pampering hair!! I would certainly recommend coming in!

The best experience I have had in a long time at a salon. This was my first visit (I was referred by a friend that goes there) and the owners and stylist we’re all very welcoming and friendly. From the moment I walked in the salon to the time I left I was exceptionally happy with the service. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone of my friends. Great prices and I love the product and the specials they offer. I will for sure go back again.

I love coming into Salon Sereno to see Caresse! It is a beautiful and comfortable environment and the staff is so friendly and professional! Caresse has been cutting and coloring my hair for over a year and I have never been disappointed. She always goes out of her way to make sure that I leave completely satisfied with my look. I had Caresse do a color correction and correct my uneven hair. I was hoping and praying she would be able to hide the streaks and spots and needless to say she did a phenomenal job! The color was spot on to what I originally wanted and she even corrected my hair to a better cut. She was so sweet and so professional. I highly recommend Caresse and Sereno Salon!! I will definitely be going back.

I got my hair and make up done by Elisa and let me just say she is beyond incredible. This particular event was for a photo shoot and she blew it out of the water. I could not be happier with the outcome, the designer was just as amazed as I was. Our photos were fantastic and ended up being published!
