Exremely upset!!! I went to get my hair cornrowed by Irene...They told me $45.00 not $45.00 up. I have long hair all the way down to the middle of my back she said she has to put extensions in my hair because my hair is too thin....really I have had several people braid my hair and its fine...anyways she said it wouldnt cost and extra...so she does my hair doesnt even finish the braids to the end. I havent even had my hair in for one day and its coming out. She gave me that fake horse hair yaki hair that I do not like or even wanted in my hair . I hate fake hair in my hair. She didnt even do the style I wanted or even put the rubberbands or bead on at the end. I had to do that myself and today I am having to cut the fake hair on the ends because it looks all scraggily and stringy!!!! At the end she goes "ok $65.00" Really you told me $45.00. This is what her response was "Our prices change every day"!!! So my price changed from the beginnign of $45.00 to a magical $65.00 wth!! What kind of business does that!!! I will never ever ever go back and I would never recommend this business again and I will also put this on the better business bureau!!!

These reviews are very old I, Gwen Nava, am the only stylist working in my salon and have been since Dec 2013 when we shut down the Abilene St location. Currently our only location is at 7148 E County Line Rd, Suite 13, by park meadows mall. All other locations claiming they are affilaited with Rumors are lying.

Ms. Gwen is amazing! Very comfortable and professional environment. My hair was a complete mess, damaged and uneven. Thanks to Ms.Gwen, I now rock a cute pixie cut and I feel confident and absolutley beautiful. I have fallen in love with my hair all over again. This is the ONLY place to get your hair flawless!
