I got a facial last week and it was about the most painful experience Ive ever had. After looking at my skin for less then a minute she had suggested to do an extraction. She explained that is what I needed for my skin and that it would be red for a couple of days. After a couple of days my face would look flawless. I asked if I could cover it with me makeup she said yes but wait for at least 5 hours. During the session she applied some products with an excruciating burning sensation on my face. I nearly cried and I asked her to remove it because I could not tolerate the pain. She told me it was because it was my first time getting a facial. I wasnt sure if that was normal but I felt my entire face on fire. The next day my face started showing some black dots like scaring all across my forehead. Thank God for foundation. The second day I noticed my face extremely rough in some spots like Ive never in my entire life had before!!! The third day my face started peeling off. This is such an inconvenience to me because as a business owner looking like this is so embarrassing. I had to cancel some appointments with clients but I cannot show up with my face looking like a disaster. I am writing this review because I regret my decision of coming here for a facial. Im kicking myself for not doing better research. Do not do a facial at a eyebrow threading place. Im also writing a review because I was not told of the process or not sure if this was even a normal reaction. But the burning was definitely not normal. I also called this place and explained what had happened the person who did my facial apologized after telling what had happened. Did not even bother to offer to give me my money back despite the inconvenience I had gone through this week at work! All she suggested was to moisturize my skin and to wait at least a week. Had I been told during my consultation that my entire face would peel off I would have not agreed to do this process. If you are an unhappy customer be prepared to be told well next time we will make it better. Dont expect any other type of response when it comes to getting a solution here for an unhappy customer. No there is no next time for me!

Generally I dont review but couldnt stop myself sharing my experience about this wonderful salon providing best in class waxing and threading service by the single runner of this salon Geeta. I have moved from Dubai to Colorado 4 months back and was stressful in finding good waxing service but it seems Im fortunate enough to discover this salon. Not only that I feel satisfied after getting the services done from Geeta , she make sure that im fully attended even if she is busy with her other customers. The salon seems to be focussed on customer attention with great satisfaction. This salon is best for anyone and everyone who wants to feel good , pampered and taken care in the responsible hands. The ladies are very hard working and understand the client requirement very well. Im very impressed especially after coming from a place which itself is best in class .Im a Happy customer and always look forward to get pampered in this salon. Kudos to Geeta :) Great job done !!

Today i went there for eyebrow cleaning n for their clarification i also showed them poc pf mine showing eyebrows what exactly i want fir my eyebrows but it came out pathetic..they were threaded uneven n both eyebrows werent looking aligned..it couldnt b fixed more as the shape was already ruined..m hime now but felt so much desperater n hurted whenever i see them in mirror...n the staff she was unable to find put what is the problem with my brow they r neat..she only ask.u want more thin?what will i do with very thin eyebrow if already shape is distorted..the shape will.still b distorted woth thin eyebrows...she had plucked more at some point n less at some ..overall the shape is ruined..neither ots arch,nor its curve n even not it is striaght.... Now tomorow i hav to go on vacations with these pathetic eyebrows..:(

Always get brows threaded here. Theyre always fast and do a great job. However, they have a new girl and she completely messed up my left brow. It was way thinner and shorter than my right one. I told her and she said it wasnt and that I was looking at them weird. I asked her to please fix it, she declined and said there was nothing wrong for her to fix and walked to the register. They were really busy and it was embarrassing. I paid and left. I went to another place and they clearly saw the problem and since tomorrow is my birthday, they fixed it free of charge. My brows are thinner and shorter than usual but, at least they match. Extremely disappointed since Ive been coming here for a year.

Very disappointed I have been looking for someone to do my eyebrows and I liked bow sharmila did my eyebrows although the person who answers the phone obviously couldnt speak English well at first said she was gone than that she was there and i could come in 5 mins I tried to come on my lunch break for them to tell me she left right after they where on the phone which I feel like is a big lie bc they kept offering to do It! Hey if she isnt there just be honest and i would have waited I was mad I just came for nothing bc the person who answered the phone didnt know what was going on and when i walked in look at me and said i dont know....bad customer service is the reasoning for this review

This is my go to place, which I visit every 3 weeks, and most the technician do a great job and those that didnt I usually dont see working there the next time I go. their prices are also great! $9 for eyebrows, hell yea! I only wish they had a little more order. You know, like a sign in sheet! When you walk in you have to be ready to jockey for your place. For the most part people are fair but every once in a while you in get into a situation where a customer is trying jump ahead and it gets annoying to have correct them when a simple sign in sheet would work. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars.

Went for underarms waxing and the had the Worst Experience ever! They were so quick and rough on customers, they are not professional enough; Before they wax on skin, they should know the skin type and treat the way its supposed to be but the staff here blindly follow their methods and do things in less than 2 minutes. My right underarm has a huge scar now because of their mistake. Never had a single scar or rash on my skin when I get waxed. Its been 2 weeks and still there is a scar. Posted a photo of it too. Will never ever visit them and I dont recommend this so called Beauty salon.!

They work way to quick and it hurts. I literally have burns from the threads, they are just so quick and really dont care about their customers. I took a friend with me for her first time and they were so ruff with her she said she will never do that again. I normally go right down the street to T.G eyebrow threading, Ive been going to her for years and she is so sweet and patient and really cares for her customers. Unfortunately she was closed do to renovations, but I was desperate because it was my birthday. They did my eyebrows good but it was not worth what she put me through.
