Very poor customer service. I walked into an empty salon on 6/13/17 @ 8:00pm to buy hair products. There was no one in the front counter, no customers, but I saw a stylist on the phone towards the back of the salon. I proceed to pick my products and take them to the front counter where I waited to check out. After waiting for 2-3 minutes, I assumed she didnt see or hear me, so I went back towards the back to make eye contact with her. She looked at me but kept talking on the phone, she didnt acknowledge me or say Ill be right there. I walked back to the check out counter where I continued to wait for her for another 3-4 minutes. Still talking on the phone, she walked up to the the counter, said" hold on" to whomever she was talking to on the phone and rudely says to me "phone number?" I said Hi and gave her my phone #. This stylists- spoke 3 phrases to me the entire time, "Phone Number" "$53.46" Receipt in bag or with you?" There was no Thank you, not courteous at all, her attitude was more of an inconvenience that I was there at all and interrupting her phone call. I very much enjoy SmartStlyes Desginline products, but service like this is unacceptable. When I finished my other shopping and exiting the store, she was still on the phone.

I did not recommend going here. I walked in and it took a while to be helped. I went in to get my hair dyed. I was told that to get the color I chose I had to also pay for my hair to be bleached. The hair stylist told me the price was $45 extra but later, after getting my hair bleached, I found out it was $60 and up. Then once my hair was bleached she came back from the supply closet to tell me that she didnt have the color I wanted in stock. So I had to pay for my hair to be toned (which is not perminant.) So it was either walk around with botched hair or pay for something that might temporarily fix it. Obviously I went with the temporary fix. I then had to wait about 20 - 30 minutes for her friend to come and help her. As the two girls did my hair they were talking to eachother, not paying attention to what they were doing. I got a major migraine from how violently they both repeatedly pulled at my hair. Now I have to go get my hair fixed for full price somewhere else; costing me a whole lot more than what I planned for.

Horrible!!! Id never go there again, I had to buy a hat after going there. I forgot the ladies name that cut my hair but she had a tattoo of a comb and sissors on her hand. While cutting my hair all she talked about was how great of stylist her and her husband is.. you need to go back to school lady, NEVER GO THERE!!
