Took my daughter for her birthday,and let me say I love Rhonda she is great, but they have a male barber there who forgot the definition of customer service. He had a problem With my son touching a machine and told him something in a really nasty way to talk to a 6 year old. When I tried to approach him about saying things to my kids he flipped his wig and claimed he was babysitting for me and kids with no respect and so on and so forth. My kids are well behaved I know because I get compliments everywhere I take them. My son was quiet and moving alot but for the most part being a good kid considering we had veen there 2 hours. So instead of approaching his parent about an issue you have you decided to talk down to a 6 year old, and then say its because please is a former of begging. Thats something only an ignorant person would say and why bother arguing with someone so obviously set in their ways. So Im sorry to say they have lost my business and I will no longer recommend their services because there is no customer service there.

I love my hairdresser at this salon, I was referred by a best friend although we shared the same hairdresser ,We both are always satisfied and happy with the great service and warm welcome when we walk in. So With that being said ......No one touches my hair ...... but my hairdresser!!!!
