I called a couple of days prior to make an appointment, I booked make up (which I thought was a bit costly $25 for eyelashes only) and a hair style. When I got there, they had me under a different name, I asked to get my bangs cut and the girl was nice, but totally forgot that I wanted to add that...I didnt bother to mention it again. I wanted loose curls and my hair went flat about two hours after I left, I was super bummed because I stressed that I needed it to hold for the night. I have had it done many times before, so I know it works. I got the eye lashes, the variety was non existent and the girls were talking about someone needed to put in an order but forgot, I thought "hey they know what they are doing" but no... it took forever to put on and that lasted until I got home when the edges came up on one, I should of gone to mac, they cost about $15 - 18 and they have a variety, they cut of the excess lash to make it fit appropriately. There nice, but I wont be going there again to waist my money.

Although the staff were very pleasant Erin the stylist who cut my hair really screwed it up. I asked for Layers and Bangs, I now have a "Shelf" and bangs that are extreamly short and uneven. I did return to ask to look as erin told me before leaving if I had issues to return and let them fix it, upon returning the owner ( I believe) looked at my hair, she was very kind but I felt she was pacifying me verse really dealing with the situation. Perhaps she new the cut was a mess and could not be fixed, either way Im now stuck growing out the butched bangs and the "ledge". Upon leaving the salon I had made an appointment prior for color, Erin told me she had a gentleman in that day complaining, she stated "im still getting to know his hair, these things take time", That speaks volumes , Education and really knowing what your doing is huge when dealing with something as personal as hair. I sadly would not recommend this salon.

I had not been to many salons in Castle Rock as I am new to the area, so when my mom found Hair Design Team, I thought I would give them a try. They were extremely nice and got me in right away with Bri. Bri was very friendly and professional, but unfortunately, the haircut was horrible. It was very choppy and uneven. The layers did not lay right and were really "heavy." One side was longer than the other. I tried to explain that I wanted it blended together and not so choppy and uneven, but she didnt seem to know what I meant. I dont have experience with the other stylists so I cannot comment on their ability. I dont like to write negative reviews, but this haircut was bad enough that I felt the need to comment.

Never have I ever cried in a salon chair before. I went in to this salon and asked for some highlights, after sitting under the heat for what seemed like forever, it was finally time to take the foils out. Upon taking the foils out, my hair came with it. My hair had literally melted off. To make it worse, I was blamed for it because of a shampoo that I had used 6 months ago. The only reason im not giving them a 1 star rating is because they gave me a few deep conditioning treatments and some free shampoo and a deep conditioner to take home. I have since gone to a different salon and they were wonderful. I will never go back to this salon ever again.

I travel for work, have lived a lot of places and met several different stylists over the years but none are quite like Sandy. She stands out because she LOVES her work and truly CARES about you and your hair. The first time I walked in I started to relax and unwind. The salon is super relaxing (love the atmosphere) and the team does everything to cater to you. Bring in a picture of a hair style you like and theyll make that happen or come in clueless as I did - and walk out looking and feeling great as I did! Id rank it a GREAT salon - thanks for the truly remarkable and memorable experience!

Always great customer service! I am there every month for color with Sandy, but this last time, I brought my 92 year old mother. Brandi asked questions and listened to what Mom wanted and the result was great! Brandi also did Moms nails the old fashioned way - no shellac - and her nails were beautiful. Mom was very happy with all the results and loved the attention! Thank you Sandy and Brandi for always making sure we are coiffed and as beautiful as we can get...no matter how old we are!

Ive been going to Hair Design Team for years. Erins my one and only stylist. Shes amazing. Always listens to me and gives me exactly what I want. When Im looking for something new, shes always full of creative ideas to try out a new look. Ive been to some salons that were just so uppity that I felt out of place wearing jeans to get my hair done. Not the case with Hair Design team! They offer pro service in a laid back and comfortable atmosphere. Love it!

I recently went in an had my hair done by a beautiful young lady, Bri. I have been trying for a long time to find a new stylist to no avail. She listened to what I wanted and did it exactly as I asked. After I left, I had 3 of my friends book appointments with her as they LOVED the color and cut of my hair. My wife and son have been going to The Hair Design Team for quite some time now and every time they come home, all I hear from them is how great the staff there treated them and what a great job they do in ALL areas of their services. This is the best salon in Castle Rock that I have been to -- I walked in for a cut and color and was completely taken care of by Jessica. It was so refreshing to find a stylist who really listened to what I wanted and created a look that was easy to care for and looked amazing! I didnt feel rushed at all, and was so happy with the look. Thanks, Jessica! I wont be going anywhere else.
