Yeah, not my favorite place...My mom HIGHLY recommended me to try Bruce, so I thought I would go in and see what the deal was. I went in expecting great things, but came out with crooked hair, weird longer spots in my do and was charged $20 over the walk-in rate that I thought I would get for coming in as a walk-in...Bruce was cocky, talked about himself and how amazing he was and that he was a natural stylist the whole time. He didnt pay attention to what I wanted, reeked of coffee and cigarettes and pushed me out the door without even asking if I was satisfied with my cut. I was so appalled that I paid and left, then immediately booked an appointment with my normal stylist (in total regret that I didnt just go there in the first place!!) and had everything fixed. On top of that, the nail tech kept coming up to me and pushing her services the whole time. If Im there for a cut, dont harass me to get my nails done. You can present me with your card and say hi, but dont push unwanted services. I definitely will not be going back.

I recently visited this salon with hopes of getting some nice color done. Without telling me, Hannah BLEACHED all of my hair and said " I just bleached the hell the out of your hair" when she was done. I talked to the manager and told her I wanted someone else to fix my hair and she told me Hannah was the best she has. I decided to give her a second chance in which she damaged my hair even more. She even had me buy a shapmoo and told me to try it becuase it would take the brassiness away. While I was in there for the second time, she kept talking to other people instead of concentrating on my hair. I thought she could at least get eyebrow waxing right so I let her try. After her third time trying on one eyebrow, she said "This has never happened before, and had to let someone else do it". After 4 hours the manager asked if I liked it and I told her the color didnt take in which she said I would come back again in a few days. Avoid this place, they simply dont know what theyre doing.

I absolutely love this place. This past Friday I had the pleasure of getting my haircut by Bruce. He really took the time to make me feel pampered. The haircut started with a scalp massage with essential oils for my hair followed by a shampoo and conditioning with Paul Mitchell products a brand I love and trust. Bruce used techniques I had never seen any other stylist use to thin and texture my hair. I have thick Hispanic hair so thinning out is a must for me. Moving here from Texas I had some trouble finding a new stylist needless to say that I have found my new stylist while my husband is station here in Colorado Springs. They also gave me military discount with my dependent ID which I was thrilled about :)!! Over all great atmosphere, professional staff and wonderful service.

I gave them 2 chances bec I thought it might be a bad stylist but even the salon owner is a bs artist who left my hair damaged and with a muddy hideous color. Bruce spent 2 hours telling me how wonderful he was even though my "service" took less than 1 hr only. He took 4 smoke breaks to leave the salon in the middle of doing my hair. Then he did what he wanted--not what I asked. I specifically said not too dark, just and I now have this overprocessed unnatural flat muddy almost black plum color and Im stuck because he insisted on using permanent color! Awful awful awful and it cost over $100! No wonder they take walk-ins when all the other salons require 2 days to get an appt! Avoid this place!

This salon is fantastic. The hair stylists are very knowledgeable about hair and care about what you want. Hanna is actually an amazing hair stylist. I have been going to her for almost three years and have always walked out thrilled. She has global experience styling hair and knows exactly how you like your hair done. A lot of reviewers complain about the time but you are going in for the incredible skill and experience. Full head massage, wash, cut, style. these guys pay attention to detail and dont skip over important steps. I would absolutely recommend Hanna and Paloma to anyone looking for hair gurus.

This is the best place to go if you color your hair, especially red! If youre red, you can probably relate to how hard it is to find someone who does it right. Its by FAR the very best hair cut/color ive ever had and i wont go anywhere else. Wonderful and nice staff and environment. You wont be disappointed.

Was a walk in and they were able to accomadate me. Had a color and cut by amber. She did an amazing job and was great to chat with. My hair looks and feels great. All the staff was super friendly. Will come again when Im in town.

Far and away the least painful brazilian wax I have ever had. Candace did a great job. I would recommend her and Paloma to anyone.
