After 7 years of being a loyal customer, I finally decided to go somewhere else. Despite completing numerous surveys notifying the company of particular issues, this company has difficulty keeping good employees and serving customers. Amazingly, on my last survey a response was sent from a regional manager. However, her email didnt accept a reply. Regardless, every time you walk by the shop, 1 employee having to cut hair and serve other customers buying product simultaneously.

I was more than pleased with the cut and style I got just walking in on a weekend. The stylist knew exactly what I wanted, and thats exactly what I walked out with. Ive paid far more for haircuts at "high-end" salons that left me walking out angry and dissatisfied, so this was a real treat as well as a bargain. They also had the product line I like to use to keep it looking good. I hope this particular stylist stays at this salon because I plan to become a regular customer.

Im 37 and this was the single worst haircut of my life. I have thick curly hair. I wanted a trim and decided to go here instead of a place that i normally go to. The woman who cut my hair didnt wet it and just cut straight across the bottom. I told her that my hair has to be wet because its so thick and curly. But she insisted that she "cuts hair best when its dry". I wont even take my young kids here.

Never going to that place again. Rude and not very professional. Doesnt know how to do bangs when i have a swirl underneath it. But other salons do know how to do my hair style. But all she did was talk crap about my hair. Even though she had blue hair... I didnt like the experience or the customer service!!

I got a great haircut by Caren!! Was apprehensive because Bonnie always cut my hair, but Caren did it great!
