Beware!! I was there yesterday night I showed the girl what I wanted to get done and asked the price she said it would be 160. I told her it was fine. Another girl then came and started putting bleach on my hair and was teaching the first girl how to do it.. Everything was fine we were talking my hair was full of foil. All of the sudden Beto (the owner) comes up to the girls and asks "how many packs of bleach have you used?" They replied "two" so then he gets upset and tells them " why! Did u tell her its going to be more because youre using so much bleach it costs a lot for every bag, if she wants to continue it will be 250." I then told him "why? I showed the girl a picture before starting and she gave me a price!" He said "well for an ombré its way more and were not doing it for that price!" He then told the girls take the foil off wash her hair and add brown die to her hair immediately." The girls took off the foil took me to the sink washed my hair and added the brown. I was very upset so I called my mom. All of the sudden Beto comes up to me asking if I recorded him because one of his girl told him I told my husband on the phone I recorded him and he told me he was going to call the police on me. I told him I didnt record him and that I was very upset with the service. He then tried to change everything and said the reason why he told them to take the bleach out was because my hair was going to get very damaged and he didnt want me to be upset. He told the girl to give me free treatments. (As usual with his sweet talk bullshiting people) My hair is orange it looks nothing like what I wanted I asked for a balayage and got an orange ombré. He was very unprofessional and rude. Next to us there was another client with a Pakistan girl she kept on asking the girl that was doing my hair what to do she had no idea what she was doing.

I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. and it took 1:30 hour to be seen, 30 min. waiting in the chair, 1 hour to apply the highlights and color, 1 hour to get conditioner in the hair after they rinsed it, and 1 more hour to wait for them to cut it and style it. Beto comes works on you for 10 min. and goes to someone else ???? He is overbooked and looks tired and fed up with the work he is doing and treats his employees apologize when they come to talk to him for interrupting him and he just gives them a look. This was only my second time there and I had an ok service the first time. Beto knows hair but there is a lot more to a salon then that like maybe respect your clients time. I had to be at work at 3:00 and just left with wet hair because I would be late. I was charged $170.00 which I would have no problem paying if I they had done an efficient job. I let one of the assistants know I couldnt wait for the cut and style but that I wanted to share some concerns with Beto. I got a "well he is busy" I left leaving my phone number so that I would get a call back and it has been 5 days and I have not heard form anyone at the salon. Therefore, I DO NOT recommend this salon to anyone who actually has a life to live and not that much time to waste and be mistreated or should I say forgotten???

I love Beto! I have been going to him for almost 2 years. Not only is he kind, compassionate, and warm, he is also a great stylist, who trained in Miami for years, where he learned to cut hair for all different ethnicities. His salon is super professional, upon first encounter, it is decorated like a swanky super trendy expensive salon, but his prices are always kept affordable. His low prices even include wash, deep conditioning, and he will take the time to style you up, so that you step out lookin fly! Definitely my favorite hair stylist in Denver. Not to mention, he is the image director for the Denver Spanish Television. Praise to Beto!

I highly recommend Beto to anyone that wants a good stylist! Ive been going to Beto for the past 10 years or so and Ive followed him ever since his very first salon! He is s amazing person and a even better stylist! I believe He does amazing things to help as many ppl as possible. I understand he doesnt necessarily spread his time out reasonably But if u Have patience n u want an amazing job n leave happy then go see Beto

I love his work, but it is so hard to make an appointment, they answer and said they will call me back to let me know and that never happens, then the phone just rings and no one picks up the phone. even with an appointment you wait long time, Beto does a great job! but what can you do when its so difficult to book an appointment. I would give 5 stars but 3 is right in the middle.

They do a very good job but even when I had an appointment I waited more than an hour to get seen.... and no one has a clue when it comes to the appointments booked I got asked twice if I had an appointment and the second time was when they probably realized that I had been sitting there for a while.... I would have given them 5 stars but because they are so unorganized 3 is fair

I have very thick and long hair so I always pay over a 100$ at other hair places and they never do as well as Beto! The prices are so super low because he considers all his clients as friends. The Hair Studio is Beautiful and everyone is super friendly its a wonderful enviroment... Im always so pleased with my hair!!! xoxo Five Stars Beto belongs in Hollywood!!

I always have a great experience been at the salon with my clients and my coworkers this is my home and I try to give you the best I can Im not perfect ,if you ever have a bad experience please give me the opportunity to have a conversation with you so I can do anything to make you feel better I love what I do and I want you to have a good experience

Hi Guys... I love the work you do there. But I was asking to have my appointment for my hair for next Saturday and I wanted to have my work done with the tallest lady who is Hispanic and I dont know her name. Instead the pass me with someone who speaks English and did not address my appointment with who I want to have the work done
