I was purchasing an older home in Boulder and the inspection revealed a drainage issue in the basement. I called Brady on a Tuesday to inquire about a repair cost estimate and he promptly scheduled a site visit for the following Thursday. Not only was Brady extremely prompt in responding to my inquiry, he was also very reasonable with what he prescribed. He is extremely trustworthy and professional. My wife and I hope to render his services in the future!
