Update June 18, 2014: I called again to try to get an explanation for why I was never contacted and why the service was never completed in a whole MONTH. The office manager said that there was nothing they could do for me. Stay FAR FAR away from this company. They do not respect the customers whatsoever. I also asked to speak to the owner of the company and the office manager said that theres no guarantee that he will call me back. Again, deplorable. June 17 2014: There is only one word I can use to describe the service I received from Chemway and that is TERRIBLE. I called on May 21st to have Chemway come and spray my yard for weeds since I am selling my home. I had just had someone come and do an estimate the previous Friday and that same day I had someone come and cut the weeds so that they would be ready for the service. The woman who I spoke to on the phone said that someone would be out to do the service within the next 5 days. Today, I had someone go to the home to check on the yard maintenance and they informed me that the weeds were never serviced and that they are now 2 ft tall. I called Chemway and they had absolutely no explanation why 4 days short of a month later, the service hasnt been completed. My realtor tries to recommend local businesses who do good work, but Ill have to let her know as well that they are absolutely terrible.

I recently tried to use Chem Way to spray my non-lawn areas at the house i am renting. I called them Three weeks ago to set up an appointment. They took a considerably long time to have someone visit the house and give me a quote and then even though they had set a date for an associate to come spray the area the following week, no one showed up for the whole duration of the week and i was not even called to be notified of a schedule change. I had to take the initiative to call them back and request they show up today (8/31/201) . They said that they would be here in the morning time, but would not give me a set time for arrival. The current time is now 1 pm and i recently called them to ask when they would arrive, but they said it would be at least another hour and a half until the rep. was finished at another property. I have now set aside 3 seperate days for them to show and have wasted these days for them. When i called to voice my concerns they simply said that they would be there Thursday and would be sure to call ahead of time with a possible arrival time. No attempt was made to appease me or offer any form of retribution. If they do not arrive thursday it will apparently be on my shoulders to either hire another company or do it myself. Either way, i DO NOT suggest using Chem Way.

I have used Chem Way fir years the staff at the Office when I call are very nice , and respectful .Always answer my questions I inquire about my grass .I left Chem Way one year to go to another competitor but I was extremely disappointed with the service and my grass liked terrible that year I left because it was recommended . I went back to Chem Way . recommend Chem Way only when asked about lawn services . Thank you Chem Way staff !!!

Agreed to a specific time then showed up hours after. Sprayed the neighbors property and then refused to correct their mistake. The worst company Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
