John and his team at Grissom Contracting did an outstanding job installing a new roof and painting the exterior of my rental property in Aurora. Since I live in another state, most of my interface with Grissom was electronic, but their communication with me and my insurance company was always thorough and timely. The team worked "around" the weather, and met every promised timeline. Ive recommended them to my property managers in Aurora should other property owners need similar support; I also recommend them to those reading this review.

The Grissom team was available when we needed repairs done to a patio roof that was leaking over an entrance to our garage, which is our path to our cars every morning. They quickly took care of the situation, and properly repaired our roof. (Prior roofer installed plywood and called it a cricket - Grissom built the legitimate cricket (fully framed out) and reroofed/sealed. All in two short/quick days in the middle of winter (weather cooperated). They are pro, efficient, and worth your time/call - give them a shot!

Id 100% recommend Grissom to a friend or family member and will for sure use them again. They took care of all the work after a major hailstorm such as painting, screens, roofing, decks, etc... They were easy to work with, took care of all the insurance and always did what they said they would do with professionalism and quality along with 2 other houses on our block. They are first on my short list of recommended businesses.

Since the time we have talked to John at Grissom Contracting with our roof issue, we have made up our mind that we will use this company. He was very knowledgeable and sincere. We had bit of difficulty scheduling him but at the end the work they have done is perfect. I would highly recommend his company if you want good work done on your roof. I had such a bad experience with other roofers, with no knowledge and high prices.
