BEWARE! The fact that TM Landscaping adds to its "estimate" the wording: "Customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees for any collections of monies due" tells you just about everything you need to do about the quality of work they do and their willingness to address problems with it. Also note that the clause applies to the customer who wants to collect money for poorly done work from TM. Communication was awful, commitment was terrible, and after waiting almost 5 months for the work to be done and renegotiating the project TO BE MUCH IN THEIR FAVOR, TM workers finally showed up after 3-4 addition phone calls at our property; unfortunately they were unprepared and wanted us to provide extra soil for them when they planted two trees. Unbelievable. And its likely the trees wont make it. I learned a very expensive lesson from my experience with TM Landscaping, and would not recommend that anyone contract with them for anything.

I had them fix my sprinkler system which required two valves as the code had been changed. They had to dig a hole about four feet deep and put the valves in. Promises to level the area and get the lawn back to its original state were made. DO NOT PAY THEM UNTIL EVERYTHING IS COMPLETE. I paid them almost seven hundred dollars before they had put a cap on the second valve and it took days and days of calling and unfulfilled promises before they came out and finally finished the job, which required about fifteen minutes.

Well lets start with the 5 star rating given by Dakota and Terry. THEY BOTH WORK THERE!! These clowns have been giving me the run around for weeks. Bottom line they have not communicated with me and never did the work. Thank god I did not pay them anything. But I wasted a lot of time waiting on them. Now I gotta find someone else to do the work. Forget these fools! go somewhere else! Oh and I had no choice I had to give one star.

Its been a month since we called them to rock our front yard and we still havent gotten an estimate. Everyone I call they say they had an emeregency and thats why they dont call back or send the estimate. Everytime I call them they need my email address after I have given it to them multiple times..... these people dont seem interested in working.

T&M preformed some landscaping work for me recently. They took time to ensure I received what I wanted and offered many alternatives and price ranges to get the job done. Plus, they also fixed my a/c unit to get me ready for the summer!!
