I have built a home and have only experienced complete satisfaction from the materials used to the building process and finally the Warranty Department. We had minor cosmetic issues with paint touch up that was fixed immediately upon our service request, and done professionally. Our neighborhood takes pride in home ownership and I would not hesitate to reccommend this builder to any of my friends. As a matter of fact, my daughter and son-in-law also built a home as a result of our positive experience! I encourage everyone to experience the dedication this builder exudes. Our construction superintendent was conscientious and completed our home not only to our satisfaction but he exceeded our expectation!!! Good job!

We moved into a home built by McMillin and have had nothing but a positive experience all around. Everyone in the sales department, design department, and mortgage company bent over backwards to make the experience as simple as possible for us. Our warranty needs were always met quickly and done with the same high standard we have experienced within the entire company. Horrible horrible coming from New York, now I know why houses are so cheap!!!!! They suck here bad quality of work. Hire a custome builder what a mistake we made for 600000 !!! Just awful.
