horrible rude showed me a different apartment when i received mine it was filthy there was glass shards in the sink there was someones old soap still in the restroom the doors were falling off toilets were broken, tubs were extremelly rusted and old the tub door literally fell on me when i was trying to clean the filth up first time I tried to ask for a maintnence person to unlock a door I was told they would charge me to have someone come and was yelled at cursed at left in desbelief as to how unproffessional these people are. Hostile management.Been a renter for 10 years at different properties and this is absolutely the worst property management Ive rented from.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! The practices at M & T need to be investigated. They are rude, they lie, and they don t take care of tenants needs. After living through two years of hell I left the apt in good condition and did not receive a full deposit back. They charged me 200 dollars for a little crayon on the wall and stuff they made up. Ridiculous! DO NOT rent from this company!!!!!!

Unprofessional and greedy. Avoids costly repairs and redirects issues. Hostile management. Micromanagement and communication is an issue. Been a renter for 18 years at different properties and this is absolutely the worst property management Ive rented from.
