I considered six contractors, both local and nationwide, for my barn/garage project. I selected New Millenium based on a reasonable cost and a well-planned/innovative design. What I got was more…. Yes, I found New Millennium’s prices to be reasonable, but better I found them to be the best value and easiest to work with. New Millenium proactively proposed modifications and improvements as the project evolved, always considering the goals I had. They reacted very well to some significant redirection I gave based on changed requirements. The quality of the individual workmen was excellent and the final results surpassing my expectation.

Would love to rate the work, however, the company stood me up on 2 appointments to quote me and never even bothered to call me back to apologize for me sitting at home waiting on them for both appointments....I guess the economy isnt so bad because theres so much business out there that mine just wasnt really needed.....a courtesty phone call to let me know youre not showing up to the apointment or not interested in the business would have been appreciated. Glad I found out before I got into a large project....

We were very thankful to have found Danny to work on our home addition. I think I found him on the internet which was a little scary. But he was an excellent contractor (much better than the contractors who built our house). He gave us a reasonable bid and did what he said he would do, on time. Danny listened to us and was accommodating where possible. He was here almost everyday overseeing the whole job unlike our experience with other contractors. We hope to have him do another job for us in the future.

Fantastic Experience - Danny Bess has completed several projects on our home in New Braunfels, and weve had fantastic experiences with him (attic remodel, carpentry, etc.). Highly professional, and a heck of a nice guy to boot. Well always call him first on future projects.
