My wife and Is experience with this company sadly did not come to fruition. We had planned to have Lenz come out and do an estimate for severe water damage to our kitchen, formal dinning area and breakfast nook all due to leaving our home for vacation to return to a collapsed roof from a toilet upstairs in our kids bathroom. The entire house if you can imagine was all water damaged, nothing but water, water absorbed sheetrock and destruction greeted us when we returned from our vacation. Having had somewhat of a "friendship" with the co-owner Landy Robinson we reached out to her for direction. Only to be convinced not to use Lenz company. I as well my wife just feel this needs to be known to the public. What kind of business doesnt refer potential customers to their own? This was how our summer began and now finally coming to a finish with the reconstruction of our home and have seriously considered contacting Lenz but have not, I still feel the need to get this out.

Spoke with a lady to schedule a estimate, and she was extremely rude on the phone. She placed me on hold several times, and after 8 minutes on the phone - she hung up on me. She refused to release her name. You can find better customer service at the local STD Clinic.
