Tim, and the Hoffman Weber team are amazing. He ensured that I was confident in talking to the claims adjustor. More than that, he came down face-to-face with my adjuster to inspect the entire property. His attention to detail gave me an estimate that was able to cover my whole home and everything I lost during the storm. I was so impressed with his prompt response and attention to detail that I offered my friends and neighbors his services on the spot. No surprise they signed up as well. When I spoke to Tim upon our consultation for getting the roof repaired, I asked, "how long will it take?" He said, "one day." I looked at him like he was crazy. He said, "yes it will be one day." I can guarantee you that it was less than one day. Materials dropped off on a Tuesday and Roof completed between 7:30 AM until 3 PM on a Wednesday. My 2000 sqft ranch home as complete. Even before I paid the total bill both Tim and his project manager were checking on the house to see if I was okay with it. Thats the kind of service you hope for after a natural disaster. Straight thinking, straight shooting professionals that will give you the bottom line and advice to help you navigate the system of insurance.

We sustained hail damage in a July 2014 storm that was deemed a catastrophe. We decided to meet with several different vendors, as we didnt have any experience with hail damage or shopping for a new roof prior to this incident. Nick Bienias from Hoffman Weber came out and was very thorough. He reviewed the adjusters quote and found several discrepancies based on his inspection. Other vendors didnt even bother to get up on the roof and do an inspection - they just took the insurance paperwork and said they would fix what the insurance adjuster found. We chose Hoffman Weber and Nick handled everything for us. He worked with our insurance company to adjust the claim up to cover all the damage we sustained, he walked us through the process and kept us informed at all stages, and he was also at our house the day the work was done. We are extremely happy with the level of service we received, and we would highly recommend Hoffman Weber to anyone and everyone.

We recently had a massive hailstorm in Colorado. I was referred to Hoffman and Weber from a friend and they were wonderful from the start. We had never had to make a claim for our home before and Tim Swenson was great at walking us through the process. The entire exterior of our home needed to be replaced/ repaired. When I first sat down with Tim he explained the process for fixing our house as well as the insurance process and everything from start to finish was great. I was always told to call for anything and not only did I call but they were always very easy to get ahold of and quick to answer and solve problems. Our experience in working with Hoffman Weber Construction and especialy Site Manager Travis Harvego was a very pleasant experience. After a huge amout of hail damage was done to our almost one year old brand new home with the destruction of our roof, siding, windows and trim during May 2014, we were devistated. Hoffman Weber Construction did an amazing job replacing the siding and gutters/ downspouts on our home. We initially hired a different contractor and ended up dealing with months of delays and nothing getting done. After signing the contract with Justin Persinger at Hoffman Weber, the work was done in a timely, professional manner (completed within 2 weeks). Justin was helpful in dealing with the insurance company and trying to make the process smooth for us. He went above and beyond! It was everything we hoped for and more! Nicest sales guy in the world, promised us everything but never delivered. Hail storm occurred end of Sept. and still (now May) waiting for someone to return calls to see if windows have been ordered. We had another hail storm 2 years ago and used an actual roofing company versus a subcontractor through Hoffman and what a night and day difference. Hoffman used sup-par materials, damaged our house and left trash and their lunch rotting in my front yard. My project manager was no where to be found and the damage to the siding from the roofers has not been fixed. Not a fun experience.

He was there when the insurance rep came, explained all the billing for me and made sure that I received fair compensation to replace what needed to be done. He was polite and personable. We had a new roof put on our house and when the county inspector came, he was very impressed with the quality and asked me who had done it. Tim Swenson worked us through our hail damage claim, meeting with the insurance inspector on our behalf, and Tim Henry did a great job as our project manager. We also had our house painted through them and the job was done SOOOO much better than the last time we had it painted. They power washed it and caulked and the quality of the paint and the work was excellent! I would highly recommend!!
