My vehicle was damaged in a car accident and it was recommended that I go to Caliber Collision. Upon arrival I was greeted by multiple employees. They described the entire process very well and introduced me to the Enterprise rental employee. I was checked into a rental and on my way in no time. During the entire process I was kept informed on my vehicle status on a regular basis. My vehicle was ready in 1 week and looks fantastic. My car still isnt done. Its been a month past the date i was originally told it would be done. I wouldnt recommend this Caliber Collision to anyone. For over 3 weeks i got the same exact updates, and finally when i am releaved to get my car back they tell me " it needs to go to a Honda specialists". I will never use Caliber Collision again.
